Jujutsu Kaisen OC: Athena Eloise

Chapter 5

Eloise walked into Geto's classroom, noticing how there were no desks and it was just Geto.

He stood by the window and was doodling on the windowsill. Eloise waited there awkwardly, Geto continued doodling.

Eloise felt someone standing next to her and heard Sukuna say, "So we're doing fieldwork together, too?"

Geto and Eloise looked at him, and Geto spoke, "Indeed, indeed, indeed. Eloise, Giselle told me you didn't practice much in defeating curses."

"Er, yes that is correct." She felt her skin grow hot with embarrassment. One of the main points of being a jujutsu sorcerer was taking down curses. She never understood why Giselle didn't want her to fight curses. Was she afraid that Eloise was too weak?

"Sukuna, I expect you to be a great example towards Eloise, then. You are highly skilled, do not take advantage of that by outshining Eloise. Help instruct her, not break her down." Said Geto, he started walking out of the classroom, Sukuna and Eloise followed.

They drove to a small town near Jujutsu High, and on the ride there Sukuna instructed Eloise on how to fight with cursed spirits.

They arrived at at what looked like a middle school building. There were students sitting in their classrooms and the outside lot was empty.

"I've heard a few reports on two 4th grade curses on the loose around this school. Your assignment is to work as a team and defeat both of them. And I will emphasize this: work together." Geto spoke with his hands behind his back and walked back into the car, leaving Sukuna and Eloise to seek out the two curses.

They searched the parking lot and found nothing, they were about to walk into the school when Eloise saw something run behind the side of the building. She tugged on Sukuna's sleeve and silently motioned for him to follow her.

They both cautiously advanced over towards the curse. Eloise had her cursed energy ready, she sensed Sukuna's powerful energy radiating off of him. She was surprised at how powerful he was.

Before they turned the corner Sukuna whispered in her ear, "I'll distract it and then you go for the defeating blow, got it?"

Eloise nodded, letting him walk ahead of her. He jumped out towards the curse and Eloise heard it growling. She turned around the corner.

Sukuna was evading many of the curse's attacks, it looked as if Sukuna knew where the curse was going to strike. The curse looked ugly, like a rat mixed with a beetle, and was able to move quickly. It had a huge jaw and stood a little taller than Sukuna, wich unnerved Eloise. She hadn't ever dealt with curses this big.

She took in a huge breath, remembering her training and what Sukuna had told her to do. If he wanted her to deliver the defeating blow, that's exactly what she was going to do.

She gathered up a large ball of her cursed energy inbetween her hands, like she was forming a snowball, and threw it directly at the curse's head. The green ball hit near its forehead and immediately the curse froze.

She ran as fast as she could up to it before it broke free of her hypnosis, but just as she went to punch it with her cursed energy it had recovered. To stop it from running away she engaged her Deja Vu technique, which caused her to lose the power behind her punch.

Her fist met the curse's head, but it wasn't powerful enough to stop it. Eloise expected her Deja Vu to have worn off by then, and prepped herself to chase the curse.

The curse just stood there, and Eloise deduced that she had reset it's brain back to when the hypnosis was in progress. That gave her time to charge her next punch with a lethal amount of cursed energy. The curse dissolved and soon, there was no evidence that it had existed at all.
