Enter The Orisha

The next few days were just training and sparring for them. While Gabrielle, who has already taken the test and passed. She was mostly helping Camdyn with the basics while Dezrick and Talia focused on refining their skills. Camdyn also making leaps of progress in her training has sparred with Talia and has even caught her by surprise even landing a few hits.
Then the day came. They had to wait for an Ancestral Spirit to guide them to one of the many entrances to the domain of the Orishas. They waited outside of the base on the beach. It was early morning. The wind was brisk as the sun rose from the sea giving the sky an orange hue in blue sky. Dezrick noted that there were a bunch of clouds out today. He looked at the others, surveying them. He could tell everyone was on edge about their tests. While Dezrick was very confident in his abilities he couldn't help but wonder what would happen if he failed. The Orishas nor any of the Ancestors can take his status as the Gold. The only one that could do that is either the previous holder or the creator of the three warriors herself and no one has been able to find her since she passed her status down.

Then a light appeared in front of them and out stepped a woman with sky blue wings and a bow strapped to her back. Her hair was in Bantu knots. Her eyes shimmered a cyan-like color.
"Coco?!" Screamed Talia in excitement. She almost tackled her as she sprinted to her. The woman known as Coco caught her smiling at her then looked at Dezrick.
"Hey Cousins," she said to them.

Dezrick who was smiling like he was seeing a long-awaited friend walked up to his cousin and hugged her as well. After they finished embracing Dezrick asked her if she was the guide.

"Yeah I am," she confirmed as she looked at the other two, Camdyn and Kevin who hadn't said anything but looked in awe.
"You guys gonna introduce us."

Dezrick turned to the two. "Kevin, Camdyn, this," he gestured his hands to Coco, "is my other cousin Coco she is part of the ancestral line like Talia and me."

Kevin gave an awkward "Yo" and just continued to stare.

"Hey there," Camdyn said as she walked toward them. She was a little awkward at first before she shook Coco's hand.

"Nice to meet ya, sis." Coco shook her hand firmly.
"Nice to meet you too" she responded.

Coco looked at Dezrick again. "You guys ready?"

"Yep, I think we good," Dezrick confirmed. He's had the same serious look he's had since getting ready this morning. It was a kind of scary look. It was as if you looked at him the wrong way he'll put you under six feet. Then he looked at Camdyn and a warm smile appeared on his face. His body relaxed and his mind stopped conversing with itself.

"Alright, let's go Awan Ayanfe," Coco said. Camdyn knowing the language of the Yoruba knew that she said "Chosen Ones". It filled her with a sense of pride in knowing it off the bat. Coco walked through the white gate that she came through to greet them before. Then Dezrick and Talia walked through, followed by Camdyn and finally Kevin trailing behind them.

It was beautiful. There was a life filled with people and animals and creatures never seen on the present earth. They followed Coco through the bustle of life that surrounded them.

"Where are we?" Kevin asked.

"The first level of the Kingdom of the Orisha. There are five in total," Coco explained as the group kept walking. The residents of the first level started noticing the group as they traversed through the crowd. "We are trying to get to the Third level the Orisha are usually in the Fourth, but since you guys are being tested that is the level where they will test you." She continued explaining as we walked up to a purple gateway. The two guards posted stood at attention as the crew walked up.
