Ciel's P.O.V.

I wake up, to find myself surrounded in loads of scrunched-up paperwork. The papers flew everywhere, left to right, and up to down. The cool night air blew through my office curtains, a glow from the sky emerged from the clouds. A crescent moon shined down, glimmering with the visible stars. I arose from my chair, my bottom feeling quite sore as I slept in my office for hours. I couldn't remember a single thing from this morning. My head was only filled with the view of the curvy moon.

I shook my head and slowly collected my papers. I rushed through collecting them and after I was done, I simply placed a stack of the papers on my desk. I rubbed my eyes and reached for the door handle.

"My Lord?" A tall, slender man stood before me. "You've been in there for quite a while, is everything alright?"
I blinked twice to get a better view of him. "Where's Lizzy?" I asked Sebastian. "Waiting for you, young master. She asked of me to see if you could make it tonight." He stared down at me, and that made me irritated. "Get lost," I spat out.

I could see Sebastian roll his eyes and bow down after. "Yes, my Lord.." He said with a rushed voice and quickly went off. I was in no mood to deal with him. On the way to my room, I could barely open my eyes. I couldn't remember anything, but still felt quite exhausted.

I quietly twisted the doorknob, in hopes to not wake my wife. There lay a beautiful lady in a silky white nightgown, her lovely blonde curls flew and rested against her shoulders. Her eyes peacefully shut, her body shivering.

I smiled at the sight of her, and slipped off my shoes, then socks. I after changed into a black robe and snuggled up against her. I placed the blanket in a position that was covering me and her, and was about to fall asleep, until she jumped on top of me.

Lizzy smirked. "You're not falling asleep just yet." Her face moved closer to mine, and my lips crashed onto hers. Lizzy pulled away and started tugging at my robe, letting my bare body be exposed to her.

She kissed and sucked on my neck, softly. I let out a soft moan. It felt..addicting. Her fingertips moved down my chest to my crotch area, then she broke the kiss. "Do you want to continue?" She asked, breathing down my neck. I thought for a moment, then nodded my head.

I will never, ever forget that night.

- Timeskip to 9 months later -

I could hear Lizzy scream my name out loud. I jumped from from my chair and ran out of my office. I tripped on most of the staircases, but that didn't matter. My wife was 9 months pregnant, and getting her help was my first priority.

I spotted Lizzy, screaming in pain on the couch. My servants were rushing to her side with towels and cleaning up blood. Except for one. I quickly ran straight for her. "Lizzy?! What's happening?" My voice came out shaky.

"C-Ciel..I think my water broke.." She replied with a tired tone. She was bleeding out and if she doesn't get medical attention fast, she'll die.

"Apologies my Lord, I was making lunch- oh my." The jet black butler stood with a food tray. That made me so angry. My wife was literally bleeding on a couch for GOD who knows how long and he was just in the kitchen, making fucking LUNCH?!
