Yagya_12 puts a fine, silk palla  around both grooms 's  necks which they then holds open on their lap when the bride's family comes to present him with various gifts and sweets.

-mellifluousflower  wraps Adah with a chunni the same way..

Sovana_Subhadarsinee then applies tikka on the grooms 's forehead and blesses him. He then fills the palla with sweets and dry fruits, and presents the bridegroom with a gold Kara, some money and/or other gifts like a watch or a gold chain.

KishoreVasistha and Anishvasishta presents the bride's family with baskets of varied dry fruits like cashew nuts, almonds, coconut pieces, chuahara, raisins, apricots, etc.

AnanthNarayana and Princess_Ananya helps Adah wear more Jewelry . padmaakshi applies a tiny dot of mehendi on Adah's  palm for good luck.
