You know, thinking about it, this seems like the type of night you could look back on and laugh at. Perhaps a time you can tell as a story, one that made people think your life was more interesting than it actually was.

But now wasn't the time, because bad decisions after bad decisions lead to some of the worst your life ever had to offer.

"Funny, she doesn't look dead?" The young voice from behind giggled, some stupid part of yourself forcing you to slowly but surely turn your head towards her. Sucking in your gut and forcing yourself to be brave you whipped your head back and took a few steps closer to the alley's exit, much more comfortable when this mysterious party wasn't behind you hiding in the shadows.

"Just leave me alone, Toga." The man from earlier warned, not even noticing you were back on the sidewalk until you saw him in front of you. It almost as if he was taking a stance to protect you, but that was hilarious. He was the reason why your sleeves were stained with red and your laptop no doubt broken. "Can't, you made the mistake of breaking the spell," Her voice was sing-song as she laughed again, before you watch in horror as she drops down to the ground.

You were honestly more surprised that you didn't hear a splat or the sounds of bones breaking, landing in the same crouched position she was on earlier in the fire exit. "Now come on, give up. You failed last time, didn't you?" Messy blonde hair wisped in the wind, messily tied into buns and that had more fly-away's than actual hair. What she wore was basically just a rag, and what you hoped wasn't dried blood stained her fingers, lips and chin.

You go to walk off, but your eyes widen when you see a blade's glint, right before you see it hurling straight towards you.

This time you weren't stupid enough to stay in one place, but were more than surprised to see the man had gotten ahold of the knife. His right hand extended to catch the handle effortlessly, a sigh as he drops it to the floor with a loud clatter. Okay yeah, you were gone, this was stupid, this whole night was stupid.

Without anything else to say you took off in the direction of your apartment, much more interested in saving your life than whatever show-down was happening between the two. What the fuck was that? And why was she wondering why you were alive?!

In the end you didn't take any chances, running off with your phone clutched ready to call the cops and the other holding your pepper spray. Fuck no were you going to die out of curiosity, he let you go and that's that!!

The only time you felt safe was when you were in the hallway that led to your apartment door, a heavy sigh of relief as your brain finally decided to slow down and let you breathe. You unlocked the door with not much thought, letting yourself slump onto it when you closed it behind you.

The apartment was dark, but it's the same as it always is at. . .you check the clock in the kitchen to your left, the arms illuminating their spots on the circle. Eleven thirty? Sheesh.

There was a flush from the bathroom, the door creaking open as the only source of light shadowed a leaning figure. "Y/N? That you, girl?" You perked up at the voice, smiling as you pushed yourself up and fumbled for the light switch. "Hey Yuyu."

There was a small hiss from her before she moved on, eyes aggressively squinting as you headed for the kitchen island. "Hey. Oof, rough day?" She leaned on the counter, recognizing the large shirt she wore as your sister's. . .at least you consider yourself sisters, but that's up for debate. "You could say that, yeah," You laughed, removing the scarf as you playfully waved your sleeves around. "Got a nosebleed."
