CW: Sad Thoughts and Sensitive Topics

The sound of metal clanking together could be heard from the kitchen counter. The Gang had just finished their nightly dinner and Bosip was cleaning up the table and kitchen. Everyone else was watching a movie in the living room. During these past days, Bosip had started to grow distant from the Gang. Outside of the household, the streets were dangerous and the people were rough. Bosip was the only one with a go-out job, so he experienced all these people and the activities they did. Many times, Bosip would get cat-called, threatened and most of all; beat. Although these many people brought him down a lot, the only thing that really kept him going these past weeks was Bob. Bosip still loved the Gang, but there was something special about Bob that made his heart flutter once in a while. Bosip quickly snapped out of his thoughts as he heard faint footsteps heading towards the kitchen. Bosip hurriedly started putting things away until he felt something on his shoulder. Bosip turned around to see who would possibly want him at this hour.

"Bosip...?" Bowaev said in a voice that wasn't his usual happy voice. This took Bosip by surprise. "Bosip, can we talk please? I can't hold onto it any longer." The young boy said. You could see the sadness in his eyes. Bosip couldn't tell what upset Bowaev so much, but he cared.

"Of course, Bowaev. Let's go to my room, okay?" Bosip replied softly. Bowaev nodded. Bosip grabbed his hand lightly and brought him upstairs. Bosip opened and closed the door to his room and sat down on his bed with a small sigh. They sat there in silence until Bowaev spoke up.

"Why are you avoiding us..?" Bowaev said softly, looking at the ground. "Did we do something to upset you?"

Bosip was surprised by this question. "No no no, Bowaev! You guys did nothing wrong!" Bosip frowned. "If you did, I'd talk it out with you guys."

"THEN WHY ARE YOU AVOIDING US??" Bowaev shouted. Bowaev wasn't mad, he was sad and confused. He was always the sensitive one out of the group. Bosip flinched at Bowaev's sudden outburst.

"I-I..." Bosip didn't know to tell the young boy his problems. His only way to respond was by tearing up. "I'm sorry Bowaev...It's just that so many bad things happen to me..." Bosip tried to tell Bowaev in a way where it didn't seem as dangerous and depressing. "You know how I go out for work right?" Bowaev nodded slowly. "Well," Bosip continued. "On my way to work I see a lot of...bad people. And those bad people do bad things to me..." Bosip said the last part quietly. Bowaev's eye's widened.

"D-Did they tell you we don't like you or something?!" Bosip slowly nodded.

"Something along the lines of that and...other things." Bowaev looked as if he was going to break down.

"BOSIP I'M SO SORRY!" He shrieked and tackled Bosip in a hug. Bosip lightly laughed and hugged him back. It was only a few moments in his embrace until they heard someone burst through the door.

"Are you guys okay?!" Bob came in, shouting. He quickly rushed to the side of the bed. Bob quickly stopped what he was about to say and observed Bosip. "You're...crying?" He muttered in surprise and concern. Bosip looked away quickly.

"I'm fine." He muttered. Bob stared at him with a doubtful look and sat on the bed.

"Is Bowaev okay? I heard shrieking from up here."

"He's fine, just emotional." Bosip replied lightly. He patted Bowaev on the head but he didn't seem to be moving a lot.

"Poor Bowaev, already tired. I'll bring him to bed, okay? I'll be right back Bosip!" Bob gave a small smile and took the small boy from Bosip's arms. Bob carried Bowaev out of the room and gently closed the door. Bosip sighed and flopped his head on the cold pillows. As Bob said before, he came back and opened the door. he went in and sat back on the bed again, except closer to Bosip than before.

"Mind if I..?" Bob asked as he gestured to the spot right next to Bosip. Bosip reddened slightly and nodded. Bob smiled and crawled over to the empty space next to Bosip and laid down. Moments of silence passed by.

"Hey Bosip?"

"Yeah Bob?"

"Why were you crying?"

Bosip blinked in surprise. He didn't expect that question. "I'd rather not talk about it, Bob." He replied. Bob frowned.

"Bosip, you know I care for you, right?" He asked softly.

Bosip stayed silent for a moment. "Yes..."

"Then you should know I would never judge whatever your problems is." Bosip became at a loss of words from Bob's sweet voice.

'He's never talked like this to me before...' Bosip thought. "Fine, I'll tell you but uhm..." Bosip hesitated. Bob gave a small laugh.

"It's okay, what is it dumby?"

"Can you uh- come a little closer? I want to hug you." Bosip muttered. The darkness of the room hid the fact that Bosip was a blushing mess. Bob didn't say anything but scooted closer to Bosip and put his arms around his waist.

"Now tell me, what's bothering you so much to the point where you feel you can't tell us?" Bob whispered.

Bosip sighed. "It's the people on the streets, Bob. They keep hurting me." Bob hummed in response that he was listening.

"Elaborate?" He asked.

"Well, they hurt me mentally and physically. Sometimes it's extremely hurtful words, words that make me uncomfortable, and of course violence. It makes me feel...insignificant." Bosip whispered in a low tone and hugged Bob. "It makes me feel like I'm doing my life wrong."

Moments of silence passed by.

"Bosip."

"Yes?"

"Can I tell you something?"

Bosip was confused. "Of course, Bob."

Without a moment's hesitation, Bob sat up and dragged Bosip up as well. Bob grabbed Bosip's waist and sat him on his lap. Bosip reddened.

"Bob?? What are you doing-"

Bob put his finger to Bosip's mouth and shushed him.

"Bosip, everyone in this household loves you so much. And when I mean everyone, I mean EVERYONE. If one person tells you that you don't matter they can kiss my ass and eat a dick because I love you so much."

Bosip didn't know how to respond, but he was interrupted once more.

"Bosip you have no idea how much I love you...You're the most important thing in the world to me."

Bosip was beyond confused but flustered. "Bob, c'mon don't play with my heart like this, I love you so damn much but you're strai-" Bosip was cut off as he felt a pair of lips on his own.

The two stayed like that for a solid minute until Bob pulled back slightly.

"Bosip, I really love you so."
