Sneaking across the wall has become way too easy. It's a miracle mortals don't find their way across it accidentally.

"Aeson, Where are you going"

"Shit" I murmur, "Feya what are you doing up go back to bed it's early."

"I had a nightmare" she whispers, "I was eaten by a scary looking merfolk guy."

Running a hand through my hair, I place my jacket down on the floor and lead her back to her room

"OK, I'll tuck you back in. You know the next time someone tried to eat you just tell them to fuck off"

"Aeson" she hisses, "that's not a nice word"

Exactly they'll be surprised, they'll run off, and you'll live the night" I state

"Ok, Good Night Aeson"

"The bed bugs better bite" I say, closing the door as I walk out

With a sigh, I grab my jacket and head for the wall. I've got no time to waste, I have mortals to frighten.

Finding someone to torment was surprisingly easy today

Finding someone to torment was surprisingly easy today. I picked a random street, and the first house on the block had a window open with a girl who couldn't be more than 16 years old dancing on her bed.

It was fun to watch, at first almost as entertaining as watching them freak out over the random stuff I was about to make fly. Remembering what I came here to do, I released a hold on my powers, just enough to float through her window and change the radio station every 5 seconds. When all she did was look at her radio with a confused face while trying to change it back, I released just a little more of my power, and made the wind pick up speed, sending all the papers stored neatly on her desk flying all over her room.

She screamed and ran to the only corner of the room untouched by all my shenanigans.

Someone else came in the room, yelling something about book pages, that was all I could make out from their muffled conversations.

When the second person stepped into my view. I was momentarily distracted and lost control, causing the connection to break and every thing moving in the room under my control to collapse.

Her laughter drifted thought the window and I swear it was the most beautiful sound I've ever heard. It was so magical and full of light. I could follow that sound anywhere. I looked down at the time when the laughter stopped.
