She was dead.
Everyone was sure Marie Lynn was dead.
She had been missing for 3 months.

Missing posters plastered each wall, each pole, soon you couldn't take one step in the town without landing on one.
A businessman took a step and his foot got caught on the back of one. He snatched it off and brought it to reading view.
"Marie Lynn, Ay?" He asked, before tearing up the poster(don't worry he got arrested for littering later) and walking away from the mess.
No one seemed to care about Marie's disappearance.
Even her parents had given up hope.
But somewhere out there, Marie was counting on everyone to save her.
