Night Raid's Battle

Like ordered, Y/n, Kurome, Bols and Wave rode their horses south. As they were on their way Bols spoke to Wave, "So our opponents are the Empire's strongest, Night Raid. I wonder if anyone like me can win."

"It'll be fine!" Wave replied with a smile. Wave, always too optimistic, "when i faced a night Raid member before, he didn't accept my challenge."

Y/n glared at him and back to the road as he only thought how stupid this guy was.

"But I can tell he was about as strong as I am," Waved continued, "If we fight together, we'll definitely win."

Y/n slowly slid into thoughts when suddenly he heard Wave and Kurome arguing until they suddenly met with a big scarecrow.

"There's something ahead of us," Wave alerted.

"A scarecrow?" Kurome spoke, confused and Y/n was a little too.

On the chest of the scarecrow it read "Hot Guy".

"It's true, this the most suspicious thing ever," Wave commented as Y/n slowed the pace of his horse.

"It's a trap," Spoke Bols.

"Let's be careful checking it out," Wave suggested, as everyone came down their horses.

Y/n did as well and immediately sent his horse back in the way they came, he watched it run and when he turned around he saw the others getting close to the scarecrow.

"Don't-" Y/n exclaimed, but from a far distance something flashed as it followed by a loud blasting sound, coming his way.

Immediately he managed to dodge it, if it weren't by that inch of luck, his head would have probably have been blasted off his body.

Y/n immediately spot the pink female aming from on top of the mountains. From the scarecrow a blue haired guy came bursting out with attacks, it was Najenda's teigu; Susanoo.

"Kurome!" Wave shouted, as Susanoo came attacking at her. Wave immediately acted on her aid, but outstandingly Susanoo sent him flying from the area.

"We failed to snipe you," The voice of Najenda spoke as she appeared with Tatusmi, Leone, and Akame," but in teamr of war, the fact we blew one that wasn't even a target, is a good start." She looked at Y/n with a shocked impression. It's obvious she wasn't expecting you to be there, "Y/n, Kurome, Bols, you three are our targets," she pointed at the group "Brace yourself."

"I can't die!" Bols exclaimed, and got into his fighting stance.

Y/n and Akame were both standing face to face. Her mere presence disgusted him and all Y/n felt was hatred.

Kurome walked up beside you and lifted her sword, placing it sideways in front of you as if demanding you to step back, "Sister," she spoke.

"Kurome," Akame said, her eyes still staring into Y/n's.

"I really wanted to see you, I'm glad!" Kurome said, with a happy expression making Akame lose eye contact with Y/n and switched to meet hers, "because I'll be the one to kill you."

Y/n drew this sword, making Akame quickly do the same. Y/n placed his sword under Kurome's chin and glared at her. Kurome looked over to Y/n shocked.

"What are you doing, idiot?" Kurome asked.

"I have zero interest whatever your situation is with Akame," Y/n said, "but she's mine, so I'll kindly ask you to back off."

Kurome backed off and glared at you, "No one will interrupt my fight with my sister," she said, activating her teigu. Kurome turned her attention to Akame, "I can add you to Yatusfusa's collection." Three undead bodies rising from the ground, and a big skeleton hand coming out from behind her, "Unlike the me of the past, I can turn any dead body into a puppet now. Sis," she jumped into the skeleton paw of which turned out to be some giant danger beast skeleton and raised her up high from the ground, "even if it's the mega -class danger beast, like the destaghoul."

Y/n was sure that there were two possible outcomes to this current situation. It's either Akame who ends up killing Kurome, or Y/n ends up killing her.

"Now, let's begin this battle. I wonder how many will survive!" Kurome said as everyone got ready into their fighting stance.

As Akame went to attack Kurome, Tatsumi came your way.

"I have no intention to fight you, it's no use to me," Y/n said, knowing it was Tatsumi, "though maybe I'd change my mind for burning my house down."

"Burning? We didn't burn your house, what are you talking about!" Tatsumi yelled.

Y/n scoffed, "Playing dumb is a kid's trick. Night Raid found where I had hidden the incursio, you broke in and stole it! You weren't satisfied so you burned my house down!" From range Y/n started attacking him, which Tatsumi struggled to keep pace with. At that pace, Y/n could have easily killed them but he had no intention to harm anyone but to kill Akame.

"I don't know what you're talking about. We tracked where you live and went for the Incusio, but after that we left-" He looked up and saw Akame falling from the giant danger beast skeleton.

Quickly he flew to save her from falling.

As the battle started, Y/n rushed to attack Akame.

"I'll have you destroyed in seconds!" The male exclaimed as Akame quickly pushed Tatsumi away from the fight.

"Akame!" Tatsumi shouted but the two rivals were already clashing swords faster than light.

"Help the Others, I will handle Y/n on my own!" Akame responded and jumped backwards, leading her and y/n's fight a little distant.

"Y/n, you're strictly here to kill me, right?" Akame spoke, as they both paused, pushing their swords against each other's, "I'll try my very best to come out from here alive and if possible make your death painless."

"If you leave here alive, Akame, I'll be alive as well and I'll keep hunting you for the rest of my meaningless life!!" Y/n exclaimed as he activated his Teigu.

"Exitium Art: HellFire!" Y/n exclaimed, as he touched the ground which immediately turned into lava. Akame jumped high and used the wall to push her body to land behind Y/n for safe ground.

Y/n turned around already slashing his rapier downwards attempting to slice her in half. Seeing the incoming attack Akame rolled around, managing to dodge the attack.

"Akame!" Shouted the blonde quickly running towards Akame and Y/n but fortunately for Y/n one of Kurome's puppets took her out.

"Excellent! I have no need for interruptions between our fight!" Y/n said as Akame took back her stance and started fighting again.

"I mean it! I will walk out alive!" Akame exclaimed.

The blue haired General along with her trusted Jaeger member, Run and also along with Seryu have gone after Najenda.

They've been riding for some time now, and they started to see it off.

"We should have caught up to them by now. Something's off," Esdeath said as they sped up a little.

"It is indeed strange," Run replied.

"Could this be a setup? Perhaps they were aiming for Kurome's party all along," Esdeath said as they suddenly forced their horses to stop.

A group of violent rebels filled the area, they seemed to have been waiting for Esdeath and her group.

"So this territory is overrun by bandits," Esdeath stated, "I doubt this was a coincidence."

"They're here! Just as we were told!" The bandits spoke among themselves.

"It's General Esdeath."

"She's irresistible!"

"They must be in league with Night Raid!" Seryu commented.

"Seryu, Run," Esdeath called their attention, "we will trample them underfoot. Leave a few alive, but break all their bones. I have some questions for them."
