A loud noise suddenly woke up the young man that was sleeping calmly.

He rubbed his eyes and then saw the general in her uniform getting ready to head out.

"You are going out this late?" Y/n asked with a raspy voice as the general glanced over at him.

"Night Raid," she said and put on her cap.

"Huh?" Confused, the male stood up.

"They are attacking, the Jaegers need our aid. I'll be heading right now, come as soon as you can," she said, walking out the room in a hurry.

Y/n glanced out the window as frown and clenched his fist. He got into his clothes and like the breeze, he swiftly abandoned the house and headed to the capital.

Upon arriving there, he unexpectedly met up with Run. As usual the blonde male kept a calm face. Y/n have always disliked when he can't read others emotions or mind. Though, Esdeath puts all her trust in him; not knowing what Run is thinking, bothers Y/n.

"Y/n-san," Greeted Run as both males slow down their horses pace.

"Where is Night Raid attacking?" Y/n asked but rather in a demanding tone.

Run lower his sight, "Night Raid won tonight, they managed to kill Bolic," Run clenched his teeth and shut his eyes, gaining a surprised reaction from Y/n.

"I see. Do you know where General Esdeath headed to?"

Run lifted his head and looked to the left, "she went to Bolic's church."

"Go to the palace, protect the emperor. I'll check if Night Raid is still here," Y/n order as he rode to the church hoping to be on time to aid Esdeath.

As he arrived, he jumped off his horse and carefully peek inside the opened church and saw Esdeath standing there.

Before he took step inside, he heard the voice of Najenda. He instantly knew Night Raid indeed had murdered Bolic.

Y/n then walked in making Najenda look towards his direction.

"Oh- Even Y/n couldn't help this time," Najenda said as she smoked her cigarette.

"Sneaky as always, aren't you Najenda?" Y/n smirked as he said down on the beach.

"You two know exactly how I work. Did you really think we'd have a different plan?" Najenda smiled and glanced at the male.

Y/n didn't know about this mission to protect Bolic. Maybe this was a lesson for him, he never took responsibility as a member of the Jaegers to complete any mission.

He was disappointed in himself, he blamed himself for this. Out of anger, he drew out his sword at Najenda, catching Esdeath by surprise.

Najenda didn't expect him to do so either.

"Y/n!! What are you doing?!" Esdeath exclaimed, as Y/n started to attack Najenda. Defenceless, the female had to dodge his attacks without fighting back. She finally found herself at a good distance from him, but Y/n kept walking towards her.

He wasn't running but walking to her, his face showed no emotion. As if he left his brain to take over him and control him in acting this way.

"Mind Strings: Night Silence," He activated his teigu, leaving Najenda speechless.

As if he disappeared into thin air, there wasn't a hint of him near. The purple eyes of Najenda searched side to side but the fact he wasn't nowhere frightened her. Quickly, the thought came to her mind and she looked up.

Y/n was coming down to her with his sword ready to slice her body in half. But before he did, a sword interrupted him. In a clash of a sword, Najenda managed to escape.

His eyes met with a pair of red eyes. In his eyes she saw her...the girl she was ordered to assassinate two years ago.

She was like a walking dead, no sense of life in her eyes with no hint of happiness on her face. All she spoke about was ambition and power. She clearly remembers...

Flashback

"Alright, sleep well, commander. Who knows? maybe you'll wake up the next day to the news that you'll be the empire's new General," Prime Minister Honest said and chuckled.

"Interesting...well goodnight Prime Minister Honest, I must rest," Kaori smiled, and as soon as the prime minister left her smile dropped.

She squinted her eyes, and frowned in suspicion. All of a sudden, Honest wanted to rank her up. The brunette haired female entered her room, still thinking of what the prime minister said. She got into her pyjamas and let her hair loose as she walked to her bed. She closed her eyes and fell asleep in a matter of seconds.

A pair of red eyes waited until she was sure the brunette haired female fell asleep. As quiet as she could, she opened the double glass door of the bedroom and walked in slowly inside. She walked towards the sleeping female, with her sword drawn out already.

Akame lifted her sword, and without any hesitation she dropped her sword downward towards the neck of the empire's strongest commander. As soon as she accomplished  her mission, she left the empire as quick as she could.

But in her way, she couldn't escape from the eyes of one person.

"Extium Art: Hellfire!" the angry voice of y/n brought her to earth as y/n had now activated his second teigu.

"Akame!" Cried Najenda. Her worst fear was infront her eyes once again; Akame's encounter with Y/n, the only user known for being able to use two teigu at the same time.

"General, what do we do?!!" Run exclaimed.

"Eliminate anyone who interrupts Y/n's fight!" Esdeath grinned as her eyes fell on Najenda, "The Jaeger's trump card is Y/n, himself."
