{POINT N KILL}

{Episode 4}

"Yeah, we wouldn't do that to you" Yewande frowned, she looked towards the celebrity standing amongst the three women.

"Honestly, you weren't supposed to be up here. I was gonna send you to Yemi's side and meet you in the car but Abim took my phone" she admitted.

"Woah, I don't know what to say" Aubrey chuckled, "Taking pictures doesn't require speech" Tossing her phone Yemi readied herself for the pictures.

Posing in the apartment hallway, Aubrey caught the phone swiping to the side for the camera option.

While they took their own Abim took photos of Yewande's outfit, "Okay y'all let's go" Yewande led out of the building into the dark parking complex.

Aubrey walked next to her guiding her to a black Mustang, the shiny fresh coat of paint with its black leather seats was a completely different level of sexy.

Circling the car he opened her door assisting Yewande into the car, after closing it he moved on to the other ladies seating them in the back row.

Trying to click in her seat belt Aubrey reached over aiding her in getting the buckle to click, "Sometimes it gets a little difficult especially with older cars" the deep chuckle coming from his lips soothed her.

Alongside the scent of whatever cologne he was wearing, her nose couldn't identify it but she knew it had to be expensive.

As he pulled back she caught the smell of his shampoo, her dark skin tinted as she tried not to sniff at the lovely scent of coconut oil and other scents adoring his waves.

"Y'all good?" Her sisters behind her responded with an energetic 'yes' while she sat in her head pondering.

'How could a man smell that good?' She thought watching him interact with Abim, the brown eyes she feared turned to face her mouthing some words.

A concerned look entered his eyebrows as she continually stared, "Yewande are you okay?" Her head nodded half hearing the question.

By the tint in her cheeks and the widening of her pupils he knew she wasn't,
"What happened to little Miss. Firecrackers?" He nudged as he pulled out of the parking space.

"Nothing"

"Nothing? For the two days I've known you, you've never been one for one-word answers. What's really on your mind?"

Driving through the heights the bold culture stood out.

The New York heat beat down on the black car and through the tinted windows, she saw the streets where she grew up on.

She had her first fight a few paces from the stoplight, her mom was supervising when really she wanted to pick a problem with the girl's mother.

Yewande remembered Abim scrapping her knee on her scooter two blocks down from the apartment, the flow of memories triggered that shy and timid wall to roll down. Yewande was a lot things but quiet never seemed to be one of them.
