After everything was in place for Infinite, the blue blur revealed himself to be Sonic the Hedgehog, Hero of Mobius. Metallix was surprised that Sonic would save him.
Sonic: Easy there. Everything's cool.
Metallix: Thank you, Sonic. I am Metallix, I am designed not as an instrument of war, but an instrument to end war!
Sonic: Are you saying you're different from my Metallix.
Metallix: That's right.
Suddenly, three chipmunks with a red cap and a red shirt that has an A on it, a blue shirt and glasses, and a green shirt dropped from the sky, revealing to be the Chipmunks, Alvin, Simon, and Theodore.
Metallix: What?! Alvin and the Chipmunks?! They must've followed me and Infinite through the portal he created! And if they are here then that means...
Theodore: I got 'em! I got 'em!
Suddenly, the Chipettes, Brittney, Jeanette, and Elenor, dropped on top of Theodore, Elenor lips first.
Elenor: Oh, my gosh! I'm sorry, Theodore!
Theodore: It's okay, Elenor.
Alvin: Hmph. Lucky.
Simon: Wow. This day turned out strange than expected.
Brittney: Wait, is that Sonic the Hedgehog?!
Jeanette: But that's impossible! Sonic is a video game character!
Simon: Which explains the environment around us!
Sonic: Hold on! Metallix, did you say Infinite?! As in Infinite?! The Ultimate Mercenary?! Not even I could beat him in our first encounter!
Metallix: Uh, guys, I'm detecting enemies up the road! Terrorists from the Chipmunks, Chipettes, and my world! Infinite must've merged some cities and the many massive Terrorist organizations around the world!
Chipmunks/Chipettes: What?!
Brittney, Jeanette, Elenor, Sonic, Alvin, Simon, and Theodore stepped forward, looking at the Terrorists in a heroic way. Unfortunately, the Terrorists noticed this and prepared for battle as they ran off.
Metallix: UUUUURRRGH! Those Terrorists must've hacked into Eggman's robots and are using them to take over the world! Could it be that Infinite must be planning something for all the worlds that Infinite travelled to?
Alvin: If so, we are in deep bat guano! Simon, what do we do?!
Simon: Well, we need to counteract the Phantom Ruby's effects on our worlds with another Phantom Ruby survived Eggman's latest defeat when he took 99.9% of the world! If we can find that, we'll have a chance at taking Infinite down!
So the eight heroes travelled through Green Hill Zone as they observed the damage Infinite had wrought upon this world. Suddenly, at the first checkpoint, they came across the Terrorists from before when they met each other.
Sonic: Take cover!!!
Chipmunks/Chipettes: Whoa!!!
Alvin: Is the coast clear?!
Sonic took a look around only to find that they're shooting at Metallix.
Metallix: Help! Me! I! Can't! Get clear!
Alvin: Brittney, help me out!
Alvin and Brittney got Metallix out of the range of fire.
Metallix: Thank you, guys. You are lifesavers.
