I'm Sorry it took me this long to update I was a little busy shiny hunting for Ralts in sword without a shiny charm so it's taking me a long time to do and I decided that the first years except Izuku can bring only to two pokemon to school while izuku can bring his whole but only uses two and incase of an emergency he can use three so the main pokemon he will use Ralts and Riolu while Eevee while be a support pokemon for him.
