*Mae's POV*

'Mae!!!' I heard my giggly twin shout from down the corridor

'what do you want now Sophia?' I say sarcastically, pulling my heavy bag onto my shoulder.

'It's the last lesson of the year, lighten up eh?' she says winking whilst playfully punching my shoulder

I leant against the wall outside my maths room waiting to be greeted by my smiley teacher, Mr Andrews. I heard shouting from the other end of the corridor, they were familiar laughs, those of my best friends Niall and Harry.

'Morning benders' Niall says

'Mate, you do realise its the afternoon?' Harry says rolling his eyes at me and Sophia.

'Oh shit, now I'm even more excited!' Niall said giggling. he grabbed my wrist and pulled me into the stuffy classroom, I wriggled out of his grip and sat down opposite him in our usual seats. Sophia came lolloping into the class flopping herself in the seat next to mine. Harry sat opposite her and gave us all a grin.

'Well, last lesson of the year then! Looking forward to the summer?' Harry asked us all knowingly.

'No actually because I have to spend it with six other mental gits' Sophia said smiling.

'Your words they hurt' Harry said putting a hand on his chest acting upset.

I drifted off into a daydream about the summer that we had planned. Not only did we plan to spend it together, this being my 6 best friends Sophia, Niall, Harry, Liam, Louis and Zayn. We were also going to LA for a month and a half, the whole of the holidays. I knew already that the summer was going to be amazing.

'Mae?!'

'Mae?' I felt a foot kick my leg

'Ouch!' I exclaimed, sending death glares to Niall across the table.

'Mae?' It finally dawned on me that my whole class was watching me and Mr Andrews was watching me awaiting something.

'Yeah?' I say to my teacher

'Mae, I asked you for the answer to the equation on the board?' Fuck, how long was I daydreaming? I was thinking for a while, trying to work out the answer when suddenly the school bell chimed. Saved by the bell, couldn't be more true.

*Harry's POV*

I grabbed my school bag and slung it over my shoulder, chuckling at how stupid Mae had just sounded.

'LA, here I come!' Niall shouted rushing out of the classroom. We all linked arms and strutted out of the school towards the car park where my Range Rover was parked. We piled into the black car and waited for the rest of the gang.

We saw Liam, Louis and Zayn in the distance walking towards the car. About time, we're the only ones still here! Zayn was checking his hair in every reflective surface he could before climbing into the back seat next to Mae, and Louis and Liam in the boot seats.

'Lets go!' I shouted while starting the engine. Sophia fidling around with the radio stations, seeing if her favourite song was playing on any of them. When she finally found it we all started singing along to 'Call me maybe' by Carly Rae Jepsen, everyones guilty pleasure.

We dropped Zayn off at his house first 'I'll see you all tomorrow round Harry's' He says before going inside. Then we slowly dropped Liam and Louis off at their houses before we got to the girls' house. Not thinking, I turned the engine off, me and Niall getting out of the car and walking into Mae and Sophia's house with them.

'Is there a reason you've invited yourselves into our house?' Sophia asks sarcastically

'We just want food' replies an obviously hungry Niall

'Okay well go in the kitchen then fuck off' Mae says winking at Niall and I. We do as we're told, stealing as much of their food as possible, then leaving the girls to pack their bags for the early start tomorrow.
