Mia POV

At period 4, I had English 1 Composition and Grammar. We had a cool teacher, his name was Mr. Roberts, he was kind of like a dude. You know the type of teachers that have only been teaching just a year out of uni. Yeah well he was that kind of teacher. He like gets all our issues.

Don't mistake my like for him as a crush cause that's just gross. Mr. Roberts is almost the ordinary uni student except he just has a degree.

Today, we fooled around and talked about politics and it was so lame but we really got into it and Mr. Roberts said there was no homework so I did my happy dance MENTALLY, I mean I wasn't going to dance in front of the class, I have stage fright. But continuing because we I have different lunch periods.

I went for a run in the woods close by because it was better than running on hard pavement and there was the woodsy smell that I dearly oh love so much. As I was jogging back to school I saw a streak of black with my new eyes, you remember I'm a wolf now, duh... anyway I caught on to a wolf scent, the same as mine but male.

I started backing out of the woods as quickly as I can. I decided that I was going to investigate it after school. I decided that if I was really in werewolf territory that I was going to get the hell out of here. Seriously people, I was too young to die. I read that werewolves would tear you apart if you're intruding on their territory because they were very territorial.

I as a lone wolf would be up against a pack of muscular bitchy wolves that would send me running for the hills. That is 1 to 30 000 and there would be 1 out of a million chances of me winning if we were to fight. I don't even know how to fight. As you can see I blabber too when I am scared.

Anyways by the time I had finished my blabber, I had entered the school gates. It's surprising how long I can talk for. He he he... but to make matters worst my next period was Spanish. Spanish is gay cause the teacher, Mr. Santiago, makes us talk in spanish for the whole lesson, it has been torture for many years.

 It's not like I'll be going to Spain anyway so I don't know why the year 12 adviser shoved me in Spanish, I hate spanish. But continuing on, this dickhead slash jock came up to me and said, "Hey babe, can I buy you anything at lunch?"  

And I said, "The only thing you are buying for me at lunch is a ticket for me shoving my foot up your ass."  

Jocky dickhead "Whatever, prude." and he walked away.  

"What a penis," I muttered. So this period was very uneventful unless it was a bunch of students snoring or doing nothing, I for one was the unique on and thought about the wolfy scent in the forest.

I didn't really want to move away from Fairfield, that's where I live now if I didn't tell you. I know my parents left me a big amount of money left but I don't think I have enough to buy a new apartment.

I have a car but it's bought with MY money, and Fairfield is where my parents were brought up. I didn't want to move away because of some weirdo pack invading my space. In fact I think they should move.

Alex POV

"Hey man, what are you doing standing here?" Tyree asked. Tyree was my beta an he already had a mate while I still haven't found mine yet. Man love and life are laughing me or they're both too blind.  

"Nothing," I grumbled. I didn't really want to talk because I was in a pissed mood.  

"Okay then see ya later," he replied and then he ran off to find his mate, Chloe, she was a nice girl with brown hair and was always quiet. I decided to run some anger off, so I took off for the woods near the local school.

Ugh… school. School is horrible. School is boring. School is not me. School is … SHUTUP! Ok jeez fine. My wolf is totally crazy. Hey I can hear you you know. Whatever go away and annoy someone else. Guess what Sherlock I can’t cause I’m stuck in your head. Well then go and pester something else in my head, don’t talk to me. Fine! Hmph… (Silence). Finally I got rid of him… god. No you didn’t I’m still here. MWAHAHAHA. (Rolls Eyes) Whatever.

I was actually new to this school. You see we had to move our pack because our previous location was surrounded by woods and the builder workers whatever had to knock down half of the woods to make way for a highway or motorway whatever it was. We didn’t want to make such a big deal out of it so we decided to move into a town with no wolf pack and settle down.

It was probably strange that so many teenagers were joining the school at once but we made up an excuse that our parents all worked for the same company and decided to transfer.

I was running for a bit and rested beside a lake, decided to do laps in the lake and then jumped - not literally - and went to lie in the sun. I changed into my wolf, which was midnight black, and started running again. I loved to run, it was the only time that the wolf would stop bothering me and it cleared my head.

As I was running, I crossed the sweetest scent ever, it was jasmine and vanilla. OMG, I need that smell to wrap it's arms around me. Mmmmm.... ahhhhhhh... (no offense but stop drooling). Then this white wolf ran past me a few meters away and didn't even notice me. The sweet scent rushed by me. MATE! MATE! MUST HAVE! My wolf barked. What?! MATE?! Oh right mate, I have to catch up with her. We were nearing the outer parts of the woods. But I couldn't find her anywhere, the scent was still there but very lightly hovering.

Suddenly, the scent hit me again. As I looked out of the woods I found this beautiful girl with really good curves and the best body I have ever seen. I licked my lips and started to power walk up to her but by the time I had gotten out of the darn woods forest whatever, she had entered the school grounds.

I howled in sadness and whimpered. I WANT MY MATE! I changed back to human form and walked away with a hole in my chest. I swear if the wolf inside my head does not stop throwing its tantrums and wailing I swear, I'm gonna knock myself out. It is such a pain in the butt.
