BACK TO THE BOOK

Previously...

The Alchemist let his legs dangle off the edge of the cliff and started into the large ocean in front of him. He forgot to bring his sketch book so he could only mesmerize the view.

The Alchemist laid down on the grass and smiled to himself as he looked at the view.

To be continued...

Third person

The Alchemist had only closed his eyes for a moment. But they were shot open when he heard foot steps. The Alchemist shot up and glided off the cliff knowing who was looking for him.

When the Alchemist  reached the floor he looked up to see the Captain looking down at him. The Alchemist flushed bright red before running away.

Kaeya's POV

when I saw the Alchemist run I had to run after him. I saw him run to Starsnatch Cliff and sit down admiring the view as his blonde blowed in the wind I started walking up to him.

But the Alchemist had seemed to realize I was there as he stood up and jumped off the cliff just to glide away.

I saw him reach the ground he looked up at me as I looked down at him I could have sworn I saw him turn red but he ran away before I could confirm.

I was just so confused why he kept running away from me. A week ago we were all normal and we were fine but now he just keeps running.

Third person

When the alchemist reached Mondstat the alchemist ran to his office trying to not make a big scene. When he got to his office he locked his door and got back to his experiments as the Alchemist had no time to waste.

Two weeks later 😩

The alchemist had no problems from the captain those next two weeks. And the alchemist also had just finished his experiment, he sighed and smiled as he stood up from his desk and walked out of his room to find the Cavalry Captain.

The alchemist went to his office and looked in and there he was. The Cavalry Captain sitting at his desk writing on a piece of parchment paper. The captain didn't bother to move his head up as he knew who was at the door.

The alchemist knocked on the door a little but the Cavalry Captain wouldn't budge. The alchemist walked all the way into the room closing the door behind him.

The captain continued to write on the piece of parchment paper. The alchemist walked up to him the captain still didn't say or do anything. The alchemist eve waved his hand in the captains face but the captain continued to ignore him.

The captain stood up and left the room leaving the Alchemist confused and upset. The alchemist thought the captain would be happy to see him after all this time of being ignored. But it seemed his hypothesis was wrong.

He ran after the Captain asking what was wrong as he was next to the Captain. But he wouldn't budge. The alchemist stopped walking and the captain stopped for a second but continued to walk as the Alchemist stood there and felt warm tears fall down his eyes.

The Captain had left but felt a pit in his stomach. And couldn't help but feel sorry, and started to break down. Realizing he hurt his one true love. The captain stood up and ran back into the building to find his Alchemist on the floor crying.

The pit in the Captains stomach only grew to see how much he had hurt his Alchemist. The captain ran next to the alchemist and embraced him in his arms. The alchemist looked up at the Captain with watery eyes and began to cry more as he clutched the Captains clothing.

The alchemist ended up passing up, and the Captain took the Alchemist back to there room to sleep peacefully.
