We picked her up, brushed her teeth, and changed her before taking her to our room. Kenna watched her before turning on some cartoons as I went in the room, got the crib, toys, blankets, and all the light stuff and took it into our room. I put it to the left of our bed, right next to ours so if she needed anything we'd be right there. The TV was just ahead of our bed so everyone had a view. (of course, we had blinds and windows, to avoid peeping Toms.)
