My name is (Y/N) I'm a just fellow beginner inkling boy who lives with my family and is new to battles like turf war so... I'm not... that experienced let's just say...
Right now I'm on a train to someplace called inkopolis square, I'm going to see my father that moved out a few weeks ago... he is like one of the best turf war battlers I know! I would love to become just like him one day! I was nearing my stop at the square so I get to the door and when the train stopped and opened, I got out dashing my way to the square when I got there it looked so much more different than the plaza than I thought! I still have to get to my father so I texted him to see where he is at, and after a few minutes he responded with '' I'm in a turf war right now I will see you when this match finishes" and just as I read that the news came on and 2 females are on screen, one of them was short and had a light pink hair... the other female had hair I've never seen before...
"Y'all know what time it is!"
"It's off the hook, coming at you LIVE from inkopolis square!"
*timeskip after stage reveal*
"Uhhh why is our producer freaking out? Read the teleprompter marina!"
"Uhhhh okay..."
*dj record sounds*
"THIS JUST IN! the great zap fish has... DISAPPEARED?!"
That got my attention
"Wait like... for reals?! I feel like I've heard this story somewhere before..."
*more DJ record sounds*
"There's more! Pop superstar Callie of the squid sisters has gone missing!"
"NOOOO! NOT CALLIE! This is terrible!
Do something, Marina!"
(Who's Callie...? Or the squid sisters for that matter?)
"Uh.... OK, I'll put together a search part-"
"Whatever. I'm sure they will turn up at some point. In other news..."
"But shouldn't we form a search party or someth-"
"And that's all the time we got!"
"Until next time..."
(Both reporters at the same time)
"don't get cooked,
star off the hook!"
*screen cuts to advertisements*
After that broadcast, it's left me worried...
(if what I've heard is true... the zap fish powering inkopolis and everything in it... that means it powers the spawn point... and father is in a turf war battle...if I put two and two together...no...! FATHER!!)
