Dick merely wished to have one peaceful day where everyone gets along. That's it. But of course, that could never happen even if he tried to make it not happen. His three younger brothers were stubborn people that couldn't stand in being rooms with each other.

So how the hell did he end up in a typical old warehouse tied up with his brothers while this unheard anonymous villain was laughing and bragging about how he got all four bats tied up without any struggle?

Easy answer: distraction and brothers that don't pay attention to surroundings.

"Before we die I'll like to stay this was Robin's fault." Red Hood said through his modifier voice not struggling to get out.

As expected Robin growled and Dick could sense a terrible headache coming. "This isn't my fault! It was Red Robin's fault if he didn't pay attention to where he—"

"Why do you always bring me into this!?" Red Robin yelped in an annoyed tone. "If anything I was doing fine with my part it's you that always messes up everything!"

"Tt I dare you to say that to my face one more time." Robin threatened already trying to struggle and moving around to get at Red Robin resulting in Red Hood's muffled chuckle coming in.

Dick suppressed a sigh he did not want to do this today or any day. It was humiliating enough they didn't care there was a criminal there watching the scene while he could tell Red Hood was enjoying this. "Guys can we please not do this." He begged.

This unknown villain started to agree surprisedly, "Nightwing is right as much as I want to watch this entertainment," The villain paused as he started to pull out this device Dick couldn't recognize that made him start to feel suspiciously weird. "Here I will send you back in the past tada! How cool is that."

This was not good. Dick started to move his wrist around hoping if he could quickly untie the rope to his wrist he could start to try to attack the villain or reach a small device in his waist to try contacting Batman. He wonders if Batman was getting skeptical about how long they were taking Dick hopes he starts to come and save them.

"Bullshit you can't even do that." Red Hood calls off the bluff. "It's not possible I should know."

"Tt Red Hood is right." Robin agreed. "When I get out of here you're going to regret pointing that thing at me."

The villain started to grin widely that Dick didn't think it was possible like the joker's face. "Then let's put to test before you get out shall we?"

"Welp we are going to die." Red Robin mutters sounding easily defeated.

Before Dick could protest or try a different idea to distract the villain he started to point the weapon at them and started to pull the trigger causing the weapon to start blasting at them suddenly Dick started to see a bright light and a weird stomach feeling he couldn't describe.

Then it was all dark.
