He looked me in the eyes and brushed me off his lap, I stood in front of him "did I say something wrong?" I exclaimed worriedly
"look I'll uh text you later I have to go home"
Reign said as he stood up running a hand through his hair
Walking out of my bedroom.
I chased after him feeling my heart clench in my chest
No why is he acting like this, after I told him I loved him?
"Reign" i called out,
As I grabbed his wrist trying to make him meet my gaze
"What's wrong?!"
hearing my voice crack making me cringe, Feeling my throat start to tighten trying to hold back a sob.
Reign stopped for a second his back facing me
"I'll see you at school."
He exclaimed coldly and walked out the front door
leaving me standing there confused, hurt and alone with no explanation.
Hours had passed, and I couldn't stop thinking about reigns reaction to what I had said.
As I was laying on my bed, I felt my phone vibrate,
Riley's calling
"Hey, what's up"
"Are you home?" She asked in a enthusiastic voice
"Yeah why?"
"Okay! Good I'm outside"
"why,Where are we going?"
"Where going to a party let's go!"
"Riley I don't feel like it" I whined
"Ohh come on- are you really going to let me go to this party all by myself, there's more to life than your little boyfriend"
"Ugh fine"
annoyance clear in my voice
"I'll be down in 5"
i hung up and ran to my closet rummaging through it.
I grabbed black jeans and my white long sleeve putting them on I jogged downstairs to put my black converse on and ran out the door.
I got in the car slamming the door shut
"Hey babe! Watch the coop! Riley said as we drove off
"soo who's party are we crashing"
I asked Riley
"Our good friend Marcie of course!"
She said with a wide grin
On her face.
10 minutes later Riley said with a grin "here we are skank boulevard"
Riley killed the engine and we got out.
And walked into Marcies house teenagers packed in.
"Let's go get a drink"
Riley said grabbing my arms dragging me towards the table full of alcohol.
"Alright here!" She said handing me the red cup.
I took a swing of it making a disgusting face "gross what is this?"
"It's vodka!" Riley said with an amused face "well if you aren't going to drink it gimme gimme"
Grabbing the red cup out of my hand without hesitation she chugged it
"Let's go dance!" She yelled
Dragging me towards the giant group of teenagers dancing.
We started swaying our hips laughing while doing it
"Ew look at Marcie rubbing against that's poor dude" she said in disgust point towards them.
"Holy shit is that Reign!?!"
Riley gawked.
Reigns eyes now locking with mine his face dropping i feeling my heart sink
I walked to the alcohol table grabbing the bottle of vodka chugging it. I turned to look back at reign seeing he was already walking towards me
"Octavia it's not-"
"I can't even look at you" I tried walking away feeling reigns hand grab my arm
"Hold on let me explain-"
"How could you, don't ever touch me again" Pulling my arm
harshly away from his grasp.
Hot tears streaming down my cheeks taking another swing of the bottle walking back to the living room full of people dancing "babe I'm so sorry" Riley said comforting me
"It's not your fault let's just dance
And forget everything" I said with a weak smile chugging the rest of the vodka bottle.
