Recap: On the outside, the room felt warm and cozy. After realizing it was all fake, Y/N's heart sank. There was no turning back.
" Well Earl Phantomhive, I would love to stay! If that's alright of course..."

" That is great Lady L/N, I am happy that you chose to stay with us," Ciel attempted a soft smile while Y/N was ready to get up and start heading to bed.
" Y/N, you may head back to your room if you wish. It is late and you should rest," Ciel proclaimed. Outside it was dark, the moon shined upon his face giving it a mysterious glow.
" I agree Ciel. Have a good night and don't overwork yourself," Y/N gave Ciel a bright smile as continued out the door. The moonlight shining over her.
One thing Y/N didn't see was the red face of the boy behind her.
' Does...does she care for me!?'
Time skip~
As Y/N walked down the halls back to her room. She felt an elegant, yet quite figure behind her.
" Oh? Hello Y/N. I heard you are going to stay with us for a while." Sebastian smirked. It was well kwon from the anime that this butler in particular could be very...how to say it? Seductive
" Well yes! I suppose we'll be seeing a lot of each other-"
She was interrupted by two gloved hands around her wrist, her back against the wall, and a pair of red eyes stared back at her with lust. He crept closer while bringing his head into the crook of her neck, once more beginning to speak.
" I just love how your skin smells. A hint of rose and is that vanilla?" Sebastian asked before gently licking the side of her neck. His warm tongue against her skin sent shivers down Y/N's spine. Then Sebastian let her go with a wink and devious smile.
" You should really be getting to bed my dear," Is the last thing Sebastian whispered in her ear before she sprinted down the hall towards her bedroom.
'DID THAT JUST REALLY HAPPEN!?' Y/n started to take deep breaths to try to calm herself. This was, until sharp and tingly pains started to grow all over her body.
' Don't worry dearie the pain has just begun'-Unknown
In the most excruciating pain she has felt in a while, Y/n was crawled up in bed with her hands on her head. She cried in the most dreadful pain. This was the worst event Y/n had experienced so far. All alone, no one to witness her pain. She couldn't take the suffering, confusion, and long days in this her old reality. Let alone this new one! Her last thought before she drifted to sleep was 'Make it stop...Please make it stop!'
