1. Lets be honest, Ciel doesn't know what the hell to get you. He's never been good at showing affection so when it came to having a whole day dedicated to it. He needed help. All hands on deck. He even spent time with Sebastian going over things, like what to get you, or how to act. He wouldn't know what to get you so he would get everything. All the cards, teddy bears, cute snacks, gifts, and affection.
2. I'm keeping this short because yes. All I have to say is Sebastian is showing love more physically. As Eren would say it 'jaeger in the streets, titan in the sheets.'
3. Alois would make you dress up and dance with him all night. He would play all your favorite songs and swoon you over with his moves. He would than proceed to cook all your favorite dishes and make you try them all.
4. GRELL. He's going all out. Singing for you, dressing up, gifts, dancing, and giving you affection. The only thing he'll do is admire and love you all day!
