Cast/Theme Song!

Jordan Reynolds (who coincidentally also voice-matched Ron's normal voice actor Zach Galifianakis for the Ron's Gone Wrong portion of the Happy Meal app) as Ron, a always glitchy (but very friendly) B*Bot belonging to Barney Pudowski. After recently coming back in Ron's Gone Wrong 2, he's still his normal upbeat self (just with a few upgrades made by Marc). Like Barney, Ron is awkward, hilarious, and (unlike Barney) totally unpredictable! He also has friends of his own in Kelly and Bill, and he feels like he's a little brother to them. He likes dancing to the Diki Daka song, hanging out with his friends, making new friends, and exploring all around the town of Nonsuch.

Amanda Leighton as Kelly, Savannah's cat B*Bot. Like her owner, she's adorable, caring, outgoing, easily distracted (but not that distracted), and very kind to her friends. She's really good friends with Ron, and she helps him out any way she can. Whenever Ron suggests something fun they could do together, she just goes along with it. Even if she may suffer the same glitches Ron went through, she does find them to be pretty funny.

Maurice LaMarche as Bill, Rich's security B*Bot. Like his owner, he loves to pull pranks on other people just for the fun of it. Due to Ron's code being installed, most of his pranks are taken a bit too far. As another of Ron's best friends, he's always trying to protect him, himself, and Kelly one way or another. He even often carries along a pack of weaponry, just in case things get suspicious.

Jack Dylan Grazer as Barney Pudowski, Ron's owner who's still teaching Ron everything about being a friend. He can be a little awkward, but he does mean well in everything he does. His friends are Savannah and Rich, and they all get along great together.

Kylie Catrall as Savannah Meades, Kelly's owner and a former social media influencer. She's good friends with Ron and Barney, and she (more often than not) gets tangled up in whatever shenanigans the two get up to. She even teaches Ron about the pros and cons of social media.

Ricardo Hurtado as Rich Belcher, Bill's owner and a professional prankster. He's friends with Barney, Ron, and Savannah, and he even shows Ron and the gang how to master the art of pranking. Sure, his pranks used to be cruel, but now he just tries to make them more fun for others. Think of it like a water balloon slingshot, but then you aim it at your friend who's at the pool.

Justice Smith as Marc Wydell, the CEO of Bubble, maker of the Bubble network and its products, and the creator of the B*Bots. He sometimes takes care of Ron, Kelly, and Bill when their owners can't, and he's especially friends with Kelly and Ron.

Liam Payne as Bob, a B*Bot belonging to Marc Wydell. He's eager to join Ron, Kelly, and Bill on whatever fun adventures they go on. And join them he does, every single time! Even at times when they don't want him to join, sometimes Bob just sneaks his way in. He's fun to hang around with, and he's always ready for whatever comes his way.

Nat Faxon as Graham Pudowski, Barney's dad who's always on the phone with his clients, but who still loves Barney and Ron with all his heart.

Florence Pugh as Donka Pudowski, Barney's Bulgarian grandmother who's always cooking up some delicious meals for Barney, Ron, and their friends. She's taught Ron more than a few things about Barney's past, which does embarrass him a whole lot.

Note: As a running gag at the end of the theme song, Ron will say a funny line that changes every episode. Even a few lines he says during the song may change over time as well.
