Chapter 1:

it was a cold morning you slowly opened your eyes only to feel the soreness of the beating your drunk father had given you last night.

You slowly got up and limped to the bathroom slowly trying not to make your wooden floorboards creak and alert your father who was still asleep downstairs. When you got in the bathroom you shut it tight and Sat down on the toilet grabbing Cotton swabs and some disinfectants and started cleaning yourself up. You winced at the pain and wondered how life would've been if you had your own house and own control after all you were just a young 16 year old but you were willing to do anything to escape that hell place  you call your home.

You changed into a soft sweater and some jeans and some sneakers to walk outside but just as you reached the bottom of the stairs you were greeted with a hard and painful slap to the face. You tripped backwards and fell on your bottom,looking up you saw up your father with a bottle of beer in his hands from last night.  " wha- I thought he was sleeping!" you thought to yourself. " Where do you think your going little shit..." he mumbled coldly

You didn't reply instead you already predicted what he would want next, so you made your way to the kitchen taking out some eggs and bacon from the fridge and started preparing them for your father. When you served it to him you tried walking away but, he quickly grabbed your wrist and reminded you to grab orange juice that you forgot to give him. you quickly did so and rushed out the door before he could say anything else.

You taken off walking as you step in the thick snow that covered your front yard you looked around the neighborhood and saw your neighborhood looked more empty than ever
It was just your house and a local church a few blocks away and a gas station. You plug in your earphones and start walking off while listening to your favorite song. You didn't really plan on what to do for today all you wanted to do was get away from your father for as long as possible, the usual.

You got tired of walking and sure enough you were a few steps away from the church which seemed odd but it was cold and you were hungry and tired so you decided to go inside and take a seat and  give your dead mothers blessings while your in there, after all she always did love this church even if it was always empty. You walked up to the doors which were pretty big and a beautiful pink color that seemed mesmerizing. You knocked once or twice but no one answered, and it was cold so you let yourself in.

The inside was huge and very beautiful it had huge glass windows with the same pink as the door and very lined up seats that were a white and pink, in front of the church was a huge pink cross statue . You sat down and started giving your prayers and layed back an sighed as relief flowed through your body that you actually had peace and quiet for once.

When you opened your eyes your eyes widened as you saw a very tall demon figure boy standing in front of you with a confused look, he seemed very attractive and cool, and you got lost in his big pure white eyes. You found yourself staring and forgot the fact he just came out of nowhere and you jumped and your phone flew out of your hand. luckily he catched it up with the blink of a eye.

" Who the hell are you?" he said coldly at you while keeping the same face when position " I uhm... I'm.." he got closer to you to the fact your face was inches away from his. Your cheeks got warm and you could sense you were blushing he examined your face and stepped back and said with a devious smirk on his face " Hah you look like a ugly red tomato!!" he bursted out laughing. hmmm let's see I'll think I'll call you ROACHY!!"
