I wake up his morning at 7:00 on the dot to my phone alarm.

"Ugh" I moan turning it off and sitting up in my bed.

I check my socials and then go to my closet to get my outfit.

I put on a green tanked crop top and white jeans.

I brush my hair, teeth, and do my makeup.

Finally I go downstairs to my mom sitting me out some toast on the counter.

"Good morning darling, how did you sleep?" She asks as I sit down at the island.

"morning, good what about you?" I reply taking a bite of my food.

"I'm good" Mom smiled at me.

I look at my phone and see it's about time to leave for school.

"oh shit, I MEAN SHOOT!" I say.

mom raises her eyebrows at me.

"Uhm I gotta go to school, thanks for the breakfast mom, bye!" I rush out the door and into my car.

As I'm driving I turn on the radio to Taylor Swift.

After a while I turn into the street of my school.

I pull into the parking lot and drive to my senior spot right beside my best friends.

I grab my backpack out of the passenger seat and hop out of my car.

I walk into the school and head to my locker.

As I'm grabbing my books I see two of my best friends Elle and Raina waking towards me.

"did you hear?" Elle immediately says.

"hear what?" I ask.

"Theo and Amethyst broke up, he cheated on her" Elle explains.

"oh wow, I feel so bad for her" I say closing my locker.

"we should go and talk to her during lunch" Raina suggests.

"yeah that's a good idea" I agree.

"great it's a plan" Elle says as her and Raina walk away.

I'm walking down the hallway to my first class to be there earlier when I see him.

There he was in all his glory, Theodore Channing.

"hey Theo!" I say angrily at him.

Although me and Amethyst aren't as good friends as we used to be she didn't deserve that from him.

"oh hey Lacy" he smirks as I walk up to him.

"why the fuck did you think you could cheat on Amethyst?" I ask.

"seriously lace we are gonna do this?" He rolls his eyes.

"yes, yes, we are, so just tell me why you decided it would be a good idea to cheat on her?" I reply.

"I just didn't wanna break up with her cause I didn't wanna hurt her feelings but I didn't wanna be with her anymore" Theo explains.

"So you cheated on her which would hurt her even more, okay, okay cool" I roll my eyes and push past him.

"hey! This isn't entirely my fault!" He shouts at me.

"How!" I ask

"She was always flirting with other guys and I went through her phone and she slept with someone else first so don't put all the blame on me!" He responds.

"she cheated on you first?" I say looking up at him wowed.

"yeah, you happy now?" he asks.

"no, I'm sorry she shouldn't have done that but, when you found out you should've confronted her." I state.

"yeah I did but she said that she was sorry and she wouldn't do it again but by then I had already cheated on her too, so" Theo replies.

"I'm sorry Theo" I apologize looking up at him.

"It's okay lace" He smiles at me.

"so are you gonna be big tough guy or are you gonna hug me?" I ask.

He laughs and pulls me into his chest for a hug.

After a moment I pull away.

"I'll see you later Theo" I smile and start walking to class.

I get out my phone and start texting Raina and Elle the truth about what happened with Theo and Amethyst.

Finally I get to class and take my seat next to Theo's sister, Macy Channing also known as one of my best friends.

"hey Lacey!" Macy says excitedly as I walk in.

"hey!" I say taking my seat next to her.

"so do you wanna hang out after school?" I ask.

"yeah! My house at 4? We can get dinner too" She suggests.

"perfect!" I reply as the teacher walks in.

After some very very boring classes it's lunch time and I go and meet up with Elle and Raina.
