Hello 👋🏻

we don't know each other but i'm sure that we will get to know each other better in the course of this book so

Oh and do me a Little favor after a chapter you read pleas close and try to thing about it give you brain time to process the information it just received

Thank you ☺️

I want to show you the other side of suffering because we often see our pain and our tears and what someone has done to us but the real question is what we ask our self every time when something painful and bad happens to us

"Why did the person did this ?"
"why is this happening to me?"

these questions are normal our mind tries to understand what we did wrong to deserve this - don't blame yourself for that it's human but try to open your mind to more than that because a person never stops learning and even when we die we still don't know everything that is completely okay

my philosophy is that there is no good or bad in relation to a person's pain because behind every masquerade there is someone else behind it there are millions of examples of that but i will only list a few of them

We humans are in possession of a protective mechanism that results from opening up to someone and showing ourselves to be vulnerable. This is like throwing a stone against a pane of glass - the glass does not break as a result, but it gets scratched or becomes if it hits us a little harder even cracked a little bit

Now the mechanism comes into game
We notice that someone throws stones at the glass and we react automatically with a closure of our feelings or with a pretended feeling in order not to reveal what is really going on in us because we have already seen what happens when we show us as vulnerable as what is really going on inside of us as what we are in reality

only when we have time to breathe and think about it then will we look for the fault with us for a very long time and think what is wrong with us? So you try again, which is actually quite inexperienced after we have learned that there are other people who hurt us but our soul burns so much to know if this event was just a one-time thing

no matter how stupid or absurd this may sound to you, the host will use himself as bait to get this realization but the end result will give you more than just this knowledge it will make him question humanity
