"I just had a chat with Gojo-sensei. He gave me some unusually good advice."

~A few days had gone by since the training room incident.

Since then, Fushiguro began to think about his past actions and what to do in the future.

He was angry with himself and how he was. How he so selfishly let go of the girl he was madly in love with. How unnecessarily possess he was with her. He swore to himself that if he ever really got a second chance from this girl, he would be so different this time.

Softer.

More gentle.

Today, they had finally gotten a day off. Gojo felt like he has trained them too hard last week so he decided to be nice and let them be for the day.

The third years had just decided to spend the day outside of their dorm. Fushiguro sat on the steps and watched the other four play random mini games. Eventually, his eyes were just watching Y/N as she conversated with Itadori. A small smile came to his face as he saw the bright smile on the girls face as she talked to the softer boy.

As Gojo was walking towards him, he could basically see the heart bubbles popping above the shikigami users head as he watched them.

He lightly laughed and sat next to him, "You know, it's be better if you actually talked to her."

"Cant. She's been ignoring me."

"That's not what I meant."

Fushiguro looked at him and Gojo smirked, "You and Y/N have unfinished business. Anyone could see it. Not only that but you have to really be honest with her about how you feel. Saying small things like 'I still love you' isn't gonna cut it,"

He stood up, "But, if you think your cool act is enough then don't listen to me. I really think you should though."

After finishing, he lightly pat Fushiguro's back before walking towards the two he was staring at. The boy stayed still for a few seconds before taking in a couple of deep breathes, standing up and marching towards them.

He softly grabbed the girls hand, "Can I talk to you? Alone? Please?"

She and Kai made eye contacts before he smiled and nodded at her. She smiled back before looking at Fushiguro, "Sure."

She slipped her hand out of his before walking into the dorm, Fushiguro trailing after her. The two walked into her room and sat on her bed with her keeping a safe distance from him. Silence filled the air for a few seconds before he looked at her, finally ready to say something.

"I've been thinking a lot lately. And I don't know if you saw but I just had a chat with Gojo-sensei. He gave me some unusually good advice."

She laughed, "Oh yeah? Humor me."

He softly smiled at her, "First and foremost, I want to apologize for the way I was two years ago. My very first instinct when it came to you was just to protect you. Being a jujutsu sorcerer is extremely risky."

She let out a deep breath, "I know. But still, I'm careful. And my curse is really useful. You should've at least let me help out more before you decided I couldn't handle myself."

He nodded, "I know. Secondly, I'm here to tell you that I was extremely stupid to let you go. I shouldn't have done that. I should've figured out another way. But I was scared",

He lightly took her hands in his as he clenched his eyes shut, "I really, really miss you. I know I shouldn't try to pull you away from your happiness with Kai but, I really love you. I promise to do better by your side. To give you your rightful space and will to do whatever you think is best. Unless I really think it's stupid then I may have to stop you."

They both laughed,

"I want this. More than anything. So please, give me one more shot."

As they stared at each other, she could see the hearts in his eyes. This boy was in deep. She could see that he never let her go from his heart. She placed a hand on his cheek as she leaned in and caught his lips with hers. Unlike before, this one was soft and filled with passion. As he moved her body closer to his, she could feel his heart racing.

She lightly pulled away and had the biggest smile on her face, "I am completely and utterly whipped for you, Fushiguro Megumi. Yuuji calling me a simp has not changed to this day.
You have my heart. You always will."

He kissed her once more before resting his forehead on hers, "So?"

"I am accepting your request at a second chance. But before we can do anything, I have to talk to Kai. I think I've done enough cheating and I'm starting to feel bad." She sighed.

"Okay well just come find me once you've had that chat. I'll be here waiting." Fushiguro said as he softly rubbed her thigh with his thumb.

She smiled and placed one last kiss on his lips, "Okay, Megumi."
