"It was pretty funny to watch you playing football today. Girls are so afraid of tackling and the most funny thing was that the goalkeeper was scared of the ball!" who else but Luke Hemmings could have said that. It was after her football game and Luke couldn't back off to talk with her.

He always made some comments about how bad girls are at playing football when he saw her. Amelia wasn't very happy about that. It made her angry because nothing was wrong with girls enjoy playing football.

"Ha. Ha. Very funny. But I think you must be blind. None of us is afraid of the ball or whatever" Amelia defended herself and looked not very amused at Luke who stood in front if her.

All Amelia wanted to do at the moment was to go home after the exhausting game and relax, not to talk with Luke. That was actually the last thing she wanted to do.

He laughed. "I don't think that I'm blind."

"But you are. The game was great and we played well" she said and rolled her eyes. The corridor was empty now and Amelia was in a hurry to finally get home like the other people did too.

"Excuse me" Amelia said and decided to go now. Because she didn't like Luke she bumped her shoulder intensely against his shoulders as she walked away.

"What a girl" Luke mumbled to himself while he watched her walking to the door and shaking his head.

But suddenly a loud yell stopped Amelia from walking away. She turned around to see who was calling her and she was surprised to see her best friend Mariah and her boyfriend Michael. They walked hand in hand to her and Luke. But unexpected Michael greeted Luke very familiar. Amelia didn't know they knew each other.

She looked confused to Mariah and raised her eyebrows. Mariah smiled "Luke is Michael's cousin. Do you know each other?"

"What? He's/ Michael's cousin?" Amelia didn't believe that they where a family and she had never seen them together before. How could such a nice guy like Michael be related with someone like Luke.

"Yes he is. Well, actually Michael and I came here to invite you and Luke over to Michael's house. Do you want to come?", Mariah asked and Amelia looked a lot more unhappier than before. She didn't want to spend her whole afternoon with Luke. She rather spent her afternoon with staying at home, eating food and watching Netflix. This was her favourite thing to do.

"I'm coming" Luke said and Mariah looked at her with an hopefully face expression. Amelia really didn't want to say no to her best friend and disappoint her but she also couldn't say yes to her. She didn't want to hear Luke's stupid comments on girls playing football the whole afternoon especially she didn't want to hear Luke speaking. He was always so mean to her.

"No. I can't. I'm sorry."

After that she walked straight home and was happy that she didn't forget to take the keys before she went away because her parents weren't at home. As soon as she put her jacket off she went upstairs and sat on her bed. Amelia sighed. It was finally time for Netflix, sweets and sleep.

But after a few more minutes she knew she needed something. She needed someone. And the someone was Calum. He was a really good friend of her and she loved talking to him because he was always so understating and helpful. Calum always lift up the mood when she was with him and she loved watching Netflix with him.

It didn't take too long to call Calum and get him over to her. He lived a few houses next to her house. They immediately went upstairs to her room, laid down at her bed and turned Netflix on her laptop on. It was like a ritual fir them.

"You really do know me. I love that film!", Calum said and smiled as she turned his favorite film on.

"We know each other for over six years! I guess I know everything about you. By the way I love this film too" Amelia chuckled and ate a cookie. She always had some cookies at her nightstand.

"That's true"

She smiled and they continued watching the movie but she couldn't get her mind off from Luke the whole time. She didn't like him, though she wanted to know a little more about him. Maybe she could find something to diss him too.

"Calum?"

"Amelia?"

"Do you know Luke Hemmings?"

"Luke Hemmings? Not really. He seems to be a nice guy but there is a lot of rumor about him." He told her and she was confused. Why should there be a lot of rumor about him. He didn't look like this kind of guy.

"Like what?"

"People say the he was in a car accident last year. Some people say he drove the car and was the only survivor of the accident but I don't know. I don't think that this is true", he said and Amelia was shocked. If that was true she wouldn't see him as the same person before. But that couldn't be true.

"Why are you asking me this? Do you like him?" He wiggled his eyebrows and laughed. Amelia bumped her fist softly at his arm and stuck out her tongue at him.

"Of course not! He's annoying and I was just curious about this mysterious guy"
