Couple of years later, Felicia entered  She clicked her way through the halls with her two friends, Abigail and Sandra, linked arms and giggling as they headed to thier lockers to grab some books before class. The blonde twisted her locker combination in, before opening her door, pulling out the books needed, and stuffing them into her sachel, beside her, Sandra nattered on about a new boy in the school, twisting a lock of her auburn hair in her fingertips as she continued on. Felicia wasn't into boys. Not as much as her friends seemed to be, and that surprised them. At her age, she was expected to be boy mad, and yet she seemed to be the odd one.

"Come on Fee.. He's gorgeous! And he's in with the jocks! His name is Ryan!" Sandra said, trying to get her friend interested in the new guy. ''He's friends with Kyle! Come on.. Female friends and Male friends! We can double date!'' She clasped her hands together as the girl daydreamed of them with thier prospective boyfriends. ''San, you know I'm not like that..'' She said, nudging her friend out of her daydream. ''Besides, he hasn't even met me or anything. He might dislike me.'' Abigail came over then, catching the tail end of the conversation. ''Or, he might just fall in love with you. No one dislikes you FeeFee!" The black haired girl said, wrapping an arm round her blonde haired friend's shoulders. ''We both have boyfriends in the jock department, you should too! New guy is all yours for the taking! He'll be there for cheerleading practice after classes, you'll meet him then.'' Felicia sighed. ''Fine, I'll meet him after classes.'' The other two girls squealed and linked arms with thier less-than-impressed girlfriend. ''You'll love him..'' Abigail said to her, as they walked to thier first class.

The school day dragged on, yet, the blonde haired girl was a little excited and nervous to be meeting this mysterious guy that her two friends wanted her to meet. the apparent topic of him was how gorgous he was, but, she had never been one about looks. She just hoped the boy was at least smart enough to string two sentences together. As the end ended, coming in to the after school activities, butterlies fluttered in her stomach. Would he like her? Or not? And why was she getting nervous over some guy?! It was probably just the aspect of meeting someone new.. Her thoughts were running even as she met with Abigail and Sandra. Hair swept across thier backs that swished in auburn, black and blonde as they headed to the gym. As they got ready, each girl throwing on thier uniform, small blue and white skirts, blue and white tops, small black short shorts under the skirts, they turned and giggled to each other, helping each girl plait thier hair in the same french braided style so they were a unit. Pom Poms in hand, they chanted thier school name:  "Empire State University!! Woooo!!" And ran out into the gym, pretending it was another basketball game to remember.

Shaking thier Poms Poms and squealing in joy, the noises echoing all over the hall, Felicia took stock of what was going on round her, even as she continued the act of being a cheerleader. Her emerald eyes scanned the benches up where the crowds would be, as she would every time they came out, her mother would of wanting her to look out for her, so she kept up the habit even when she was just practicing. Green met an ocean of blue staring right at her, and her mind went blank. The stare was piercing, enough to engage a reaction. And she was giving it him. A small smirk appeared onto her face as soon everyone noticed what was going on. The girls gathered round her, hiding her from view as they giggled and nudged her, where as the guys slapped the man on the back, congratulating him from stopping the smartest, prettiest girl from saying anything. If there was any indication that those two were going to be together before the day was out.. It was then, when eyes met across the gym.
