That Boy Cried...

Ren: Haru...

Haru: Yes..?

Ren: Haru, for some time now I have been in love with someone. They haves rocked my world and everything about it. They make me truly happen and filled with joy every morning, evening, and afternoon. Life would be bland without them, that's why I've been forced to come to this conclusion.

Haru: Oh my gosh!! I'm that person, aren't I!?

Ren: No you're not. I'm sorry, it's someone who I haven't spent most of my life with thinking we're just friends. I fell in love with them immediately when I met them, when I was actually thinking of love. This isn't one of those cringy books where childhood best friends fall in love.

Haru: I hate you!!

*Haru had tears forming in his eyes, he sprinted away at top speed, tears being dropped to the floor like puddles.*

Shota: HARU!!

*Shota sat up from his seat abruptly and ran after Haru, immediately. He had no thoughts of hesitation. Ren regretted what he had just done. The last time Ren had gotten into a fight with Haru, Haru ignored him for eight days- but he had never EVER said anything as serious as the three words 'I hate you' in Haru's book, it was a death sentence. Three words that meant a lot of hatred in his future. Ren looked down at the floor, a tear leaked from his eye but a cold hand smoothed it away. Ren looked up to see Amaro's smiling, handsome face crouching down to be at his level.*

Amaro: You did the right thing, you didn't love him and you told him that. You didn't quite let him down easily, but you did it your way and I'm proud of you for that. What you just did was a hard decision, I have to do it, too. I'm sure Haru will come around and want to be your best friend again!! I know because I know you that no one would not want to be your friend!! You're too amazing for that.

Ren: Thank you, Amaro.

*Ren grinned and pulled Amaro into a big hug, ultimately pulling him onto his lap, with Amaro looking over his shoulder. Amaro could see the whole friend group making googley eyes, some even awwwwed slightly. Amaro flipped them off and mouthed 'f#ck off' he didn't want them to ruin the moment. Ren closed his eyes and let Amaro sink into his arms. He wanted nothing more than to just spend the whole day with him. Just each other. No one else to bother them. No Haru's. No confessions. No over dramatic obsessive friend groups. No shippers. It only needed to be just them. Each other forever and ever. Ren would make it happen, eventually, and nothing could change his mind on that. Even if Amaro only wanted to be just friends with him, Ren would be the best friend Amaro could ever wish for!! Someone he could trust as much as he needed. He would always be there for him, through thick and thin.*

Saki: I wonder is Hinoshi-San is okay-

Hina: I'm sure he is!! He has Shota with him and he is really good at comforting. Plus, I think Shota likes Haru in a special way, maybe Haru will forget about Ren in no time, as in loving him that way, then they can be best friends and Amaro and Ren can date.

*Amaro and Ren speedily let go of each other, both turning a bright pinkish red. They did not mean to hold onto each other for so long that even the friend group got bored of watching them!! Except for it didn't seem Hayden was bored of watching them- at all?*

Saki: You're right, Hina-Chan!! I can't wait to see Hamotoyo-Kun and Suzuki-San date each other.

*Double hit. Both Ren and Haru looked away from one another, mouths wide open, full blushed up face. They stared down at the floor, vivid expressions of wanting to be hidden away in a closet tearing upon their faces at the same time. They where both so embarrassed and Ren really wanted to just stump any thought that he had earlier of him liking Amaro out. At the same time, he could kiss Amaro- NO- Amaro wouldn't want that- The friend group took turns teasing the boys, watching their faces get redder and redder every time they would tease them. The world seemed to only matter around them. As if it revolved around this spectacular friend group that on end made hilarious memories to look back on every single day. Ren truly loved it here more and more with every day.*

*The friends kept on embarrassing Amaro and Ren until Amaro sat back down at his seat and changed the subject immediately. He didn't want to talk about this anymore. Ren was grateful, he didn't want to be outed about having a giant crush on Amaro, yet. That had to be saved for another day. He didn't think about this one as a special enough day to actually talk to Amaro about being in a relationship together.*

~Later that Day~

*Ren spied Haru leaving the school, he ran up to him to say hi and ask what he was doing. Haru quickly noticed him and ran the other direction. Ren was always faster but he knew his boundaries. He was truly unwanted in Haru's life at this point. He let his face grow sadder as he slowly halted at the spot. He knew he had just lost his best friend. He had lost his best friend and he didn't know what to do about it.*
