A few days later Clare is released from hospital. She seems to be a little better but she goes straight to bed and to sleep when we arrive home. I go down to the garage and pick up the photo that had fallen out of moms spell book. I just stare at it until Sam walks in "Just starring at the picture isn't going to get you anywhere. You want me to help look in some of her books?" "I'm just so confused. Why was this kept a secret?" "I'm sure you'll figure this all out" I get out one of moms diaries from before I was born. I end up reading the diaries for the rest of the day, I don't eat or drink "I know you want to figure this out, but your not going to be any good to Clare if you make yourself ill. You need a break. Come with me, Kat and Corey have a surprise for you" Colbs I need to figure this out" "Yes you do, but not right now" Colby takes the book out of my hand and places it face down so I can find my page after. Colby takes my hand and leads me out of the garage and into the living room where Kat and Corey are smiling. Kat hands me a blindfold "Put this on" I raise an eyebrow at her "Why?" "Just do it" Corey says. I put on the blindfold. Corey and Kat lops my arms with theirs and take me out of the house into one of their cars "Where are we going? what about Clare?" "It's a surprise and Colby is looking after Clare" Kat replies to me "But I need to..." "What you need to do is chill out" Corey chuckles "You do so much for us and Clare, you deserve a treat" Kat says.
I feel the car stop and I hear the doors open. I then feel someone helping me out of the car "Ok. Ready?" Kat asks "I guess" "Then take your blindfold off" I take it off and let my eyes adjust. I then see a dance studio in front of me. I turn to look at Kat confused "You haven't danced in a dance studio in so long so we rented it out" "Guys you didn't have to" "Well there's more. Kat continue" "Oh yeah and you and Corey are dancing in my next music video so let's get started with rehearsals" Kat excitedly jumps up and down "So are you in?" Corey asks "Yes I'm in" I smile. Kat takes my hand and pulls me into the studio where we rehearse for Kats next music video.
