Into The Play

Chapter One

         I was sitting on my couch watching TV just as normal, but I had this feeling, it wasn't one of those "Oh hey you forgot something." rather "Do you see that, are they seeing you?" Just the thought of someone looking at me gave me the creeps. Especially if it's like a creepy old man or any old man you know? Anyways I was flipping through the channels when I felt this shock wave through my body it felt as if something that triggered me or give me awful vivid memories came right at me like a bullet. It was such a strange feeling; I'm surprised I had never felt it before. It ran through me but only for a brief moment. Before I could process what just happened it was gone just like that.
       "Hey kids," A man on the tv said. "Are you bored?" I mean I was, but I wasn't going to listen to this random guy. He was wearing a long robe with the words "Play" written across it. Its sleeves swished back and forth as the wind blew at it. The robe was a plain white color with a few dots of red as if the guy murdered someone.
 "Sure, I guess I don't really care." I said to myself. 
       "Great!" The man shouted; despite his uplifting attitude he did not seem to like whatever he was doing. But that wasn't what I was concerned about. His eyes weren't either. It was something weird something weird about him. Maybe it was the fact that he waited right after I responded but that was just to maybe connect with the audience. 
    "I have just the thing for you!" 
    I wondered what it was, but I couldn't get the answer right away. It was like he waited for all my thoughts to clear then say something he waited for 𝘮𝘦. 
    "Welcome to Ashleyi where all your dreams come true!" 
     I was no expert, but I don't think that could really happen I mean 𝘢𝘭𝘭. That's saying too much, and I mean 𝘵𝘰𝘰 𝘮𝘶𝘤𝘩. I mean could you even do that? Like make it always Winter. No that's too hard. This must be for kids after all. Also making it to where I would be king. No that's impossible, it has to be. The only thing I could think of was- Never mind that I mean no... have I already discovered what they are doing. I mean I couldn't have known not already at least.
