"Devante, can you please help me find my classes," I nervously said.
Back to Devante's pov(A.N. I am going to stop switching between pov's after this chapter)
Bruhhh.... Why did they have to put her locker....
Wait hold up...
I just stand there staring at her wondering why she looks so nervous. I mean I understand it's her first day here but why are her hands shaking so much fo'.
I move closer towards her and wrap my arms around her waist and whisper in her ear, "It's going to be a'ight just calm down, ok." I continued hugging her for 5 more seconds, then I let go of her. She looks a little bit calmer.
I tell her to put her things in her locker and grab the things she needs for period 1 (Math). I slowly grab her hand and walk her to our next class.

As we walked inside our math class, I looked over and saw that we had the same class man.
"Hey class, My name is Miss Deja. I will be your math teacher for this 2020-2021 school year."

Anijah's POV
"Wait," I whisper yelled at Devante.
"Where should I sit," I was shaking, I did not do well in public. During study hall, I am going to call my doctor, cause Man I need my meds.
"Just follow me bruh," Vante said. So, I followed him and sat down at the seat next to his. I think he saw how my hands were shaking, so he grabbed it and just held it. For some reason I started to calm down.
Fast forward to gym class...
Today was such a long day, I already have homework in Math and science, and social studies.
I went to the locker room and put on my gym outfit. I closed my locker and went to the gym. I saw Devante, so I ran over to him. He mugged me, and I mugged him back.
Then he went back to talking to this boy. "Aye, Jayvon are you going down to the trap later," he said.
"Nah, boss aint called us for any drop offs, so I'm chilling, why?"
"Come over today, so I can beat you at 2k," Vante said. Little did he know that I could play too, so if Jayvon came I would beat them both.
"Who's this," Jayvon turned his attention towards me. I got nervous cause I do not like when people just announce my presence and look at me. Like it's so weird, my hand started shaking again. Devante held my hand and said, "Oh, this is Anijah, she and her sister are staying with me and Armani for a while."
"Well than any friend of Vante is a friend of mine," he said.
I waved and said "hi."
"And man she ain't my friend," Vante said. I rolled my eyes and moved my hand away from his. I honestly felt really hurt, I thought we were getting somewhere, (as a friendly relationship) but I guess not.
"Man, aight then she will be my best friend," Jayvon said to Vante, then looked towards me, "Ain't that right bestie." I laughed a little and said "I guess so bestie westie."
And he busted out laughing. We turned towards Vante and he said, "Y'all are something else."
Then the bell rings. DING DONG!!
Yes, time to leaveee!!! Dang, we ain't do nothing but talk.
I grabbed Jayvon and Vante's arms and ran out of the gym.
We all went to get stuff from the locker rooms, then we went out to the parking lot. Jayvon decided to ride home with us, so we waited for Aniya and Armani, and left.
