A lot can happen in five years. Multiple babies are born. Couples break up, some couples get engaged, some couples get married or some get divorced. Houses are bought, apartments are bought, new houses are built, new apart complexes are built, the price of gas goes up, the cost of living goes up. A lot happens in five years to the normal person. But to Jeong Sena and Lee Sol, not a lot changes. Going from 2020 to 2025, they should've expected changes, maybe something like a worldwide pandemic, or getting married — none of that happened. Sure, they changed with their boys — BTS — as they continued to dominate the world, but it all has to come to an end someday.

The only major thing that's changed in Jeong Sena and Lee Sol's life is their age. 28 and 29 respectively, their adult years are flying by and they're unable to press pause. Neither of them mind, they're just taking it one day at a time, content with their life, content with where their future is heading. Lee Sol's a head journalist now at a well-known Korean News station. When Sol received the news she had gotten the journalist job she applied for at that news station, two years after sticking with the one she was interning at, Sol almost shat her pants. It was a close call! Namjoon took her out for dinner to celebrate that night and although it was a short dinner, Sol still loved it nonetheless.

For Sena, after she turned down the chance to dance at the well-known Russian ballet company, she was offered a choreographer spot at a dance studio in Korea. Sena immediately accepted and has been working there ever since. She loves her students and her co-workers, she loved attending the dance competition with her dancers, watching them perform her choreography, and winning. Sena still loves to dance, and she doesn't think her passion for dancing will ever die out any time soon. Sena also frequently catches up with Yoonah and Hyun-woo whenever she has the chance. She misses dancing with them.

Though not a lot changed in the five years, there still were some big changes in Sena's and Sol's lives. For one, after three years of living together, Sol and Namjoon got a place together, and Sena and Taehyung got a place together. It was a big change because neither of the girls were sure they would last long living apart, but it's not like it mattered because they still saw each other every day.

The second big change was in Sena's life. Taehyung proposed to her after two years of dating. Although, Taehyung did say he was sure Sena was the one he was going to marry when they both celebrated their 21st birthday, all those years ago. Sena scolded Taehyung for waiting that long to ask her, especially after two years of dating — Sena told him he should've proposed after a week of dating. (I think it's obvious; Sena said yes!) And so, their wedding was set for September 2nd, 2025.

The third change both occurred in not only Sena and Sol's life, but those around them. BTS' fame became overpowering, in a way. They consistently dominated the music charts whenever they released music, they continued to go on tour after tour, they continued to do VLive after VLive. It was never-ending. But, as always, there was an end. BTS's last album would be released at the end of this year, and the last world tour was set for the beginning of 2026. Then, all the BTS members will be free. It was all so bittersweet for the seven members, plus Sol and Sena.
