The person set my box down and opened it. I wearily hopped out of it seeing I am in a much bigger crate, with a bed and water, but no food, just the bowl. I am very excited that I have water and I run to drink it. Then I relise the person is in my crate, I growl at her, raising my hackels, trying to act tough to scare her off. She says in a kind voice "it's ok, im not here to hurt you." so I stayed in my position knowing this was the only way I was to get dinner tonight. I then lunged at her, acting like I was going to bite her to show her I'm worthy, but she stayed still. She exited my place and told me she would give me a bit of alone time. I walked over to my bed, curled up, and rested for a bit so I wouldn't be tired later.
When I opened my eyes I smelled something, FOOD!! I ran over and gobbled it up, I guess I showed I was worthy after all!
A bit later a different person came into my crate. Since I got food last time for growling and barking, I would do it again. When she stepped foot in my crate I started growling as loud as I could, but unlike the other lady, she hit me, I knew she was challenging me and wanted to see my full power so I lunged at her and bit her. She kicked me, hard, I let out a small yelp in pain as I prepared for another kick, but the lady just ran out of my cage screaming that I needed to be "put down" whatever that means. I hope she thinks that I did a good job.
I must have fallen asleep because it's now sunrise again. I hope I am ready for my first day of real training at this place. I got up and stretched to relise there was more food!! I ran to go get some, I must have done another good job if they were to feed me again! I walk over to my bed and realise I see someone coming, I know they are coming to collect me for training and I am slightly nervous. As I sit patiently they look at me, say some words along the lines of "aww that one is cute." but then they read a paper on my cage and said "nevermind, that one is aggressive, that's surprising for a golden retriever "
then they walked past my cage.
