Chapter 68

Third Person's POV

Another day has came and yes, another day where Mina and Chaeyoung will be together. Another day for Chaeyoung to fix the family his son wants, and give both Sunghoon and Minjeong the family they both wanted.

So here everyone right now, all up and getting ready in there own rooms.

Sunghoon though wasn't in the room he and his mother are supposed to be at, well both of them aren't in their right rooms.

Instead here they are, getting ready inside another room.

All of them inside that room are already dressed up, ready to go with a few things that they would bring already packed into a small bag that one of them has brought.

"Ah today is our first official family day noona!" Sunghoon happily and excitedly exclaimed as he looks beside him where Minjeong was sitting with bowls of cereals in front of them.

"Are you excited?" Minjeong asked smiling back at the little boy.

Sunghoon gave a quick nod of his head smiling wider before both of them let out soft giggles as they shared a look.

Moments later their mother, well Minjeong's soon to be mother, came inside the dining area with a curious look on her face.

"Why is your dad so hard to wake up now Win? We didn't have a hard time waking him up before," Mina asked with both her hands on her waist looking at the kid - well everyone inside the room is all dressed up except him.

Minjeong first swallowed the food inside her mouth then wiped the side of her lips where milk somehow got there before she answered.

"He's been having a hard time sleeping since we went to New Zealand and New York, he said because he doesn't feel right when he sleeps, so when he over sleeps and become hard to wake up I just slap him, he told me to," Minjeong answered with a cheeky smile before turning back to her food as well as talking with Sunghoon.

Mina looked confused, he doesn't have a hard time with sleeping, they've slept together for countless of times before and he falls asleep faster than she does, so why is he having a hard time now?

Why does it feel not right for him now to sleep?

The actress walked back to the room they all slept in, but they weren't in the same bed, there was only one bed and Minjeong was the only one supposed to be sleeping there last night, but Sunghoon wanted to sleep with his noona and his father so he told his mother and gladly she agreed.

Well that's also due to the fact that she thought maybe sleeping in the same room as the racer wouldn't be bad.

She and the two kids slept in the bed together while Chaeyoung slept on the sofa that was inside the room.

When Mina got back inside the room, the sight of a tiger sleeping was what greeted her eyes again, he was still in the same position as he was earlier. He was laying on his stomach. He was wearing a white sando. A blanket was draped all over his body. His mouth agape. The usual position Mina used to woke up to before. And now still the same position she saw as soon as she woke up.

With a small sigh, she walked over to where the racer was sleeping before stopping just right beside him.

She crouched down and observed him as he sleeps.

Still the same pinkish lips that she found amusing for a guy to naturally have.

The perfectly sharp jawline that she always liked to rub before she pinches his cheeks.

The way the muscles on his back were showing off with the way he was sleeping was something she also found amusing.

He was and still is that perfect image of a man Mina had always had in her mind.

Mina didn't know nor felt it, but a small smile have already formed on her lips as she looks at him.

She didn't put too much mind into feeling it, but her heart rate had somehow picked up a faster pace as she kept her eyes on him as she smiles.

But what only seemed to snap her out of her daze was the hoarse and raspy voice of the guy in front of her.

"I guess it's really a habit of yours to watch me while I sleep huh?" Chaeyoung teased with a small smile on his lips but kept his eyes closed.

She couldn't feel it. But he could.

She couldn't feel the fastening of her heart rate, but weirdly, somehow he felt it when he felt his own started beating the same way.

She didn't notice nor felt it, but somehow, Chaeyoung felt the smile on her lips forming, weird but he always did feel it whenever she would be closer to him when they sleep.

"Y-you're awake a-already.." She mumbled moving her face away a little bit to make some space.

"You should...get ready now, Win and Ian are already eating, e-everyone is too," She added before standing up to go back to the kids.

But a hand stopped her, a hand that grasped at her wrist before she felt herself be pulled down, she now felt a body under her, arms snaking around her waist to hug her.

It was sudden. A surprise to her. An action she didn't expect he would do. So her arms stayed at her front, hands closed and kept to herself as she didn't know where to put them or what to do with them.

"You can hug me back if you want to you know? Nothings holding you back from doing it," He spoke as his voice still came out as raspy and hoarse as it did earlier.

Mina didn't reply. She didn't know what to do. What was she even suppose to do? She herself is clueless about she wants to do with her kept hands.

But she does know that the racer was right. Nothing really is and would be holding her back.

So to relax herself, she let go of her arms and wrapped them around the racers neck hugging him, she moved up a bit before snuggling her head to his chest resting it there before she released a soft and a relaxed sigh.

Feeling her hugging back, the racer smiled to himself hugging her closer to him. He relished the feeling of her being this close to him. Again.

But Mina didn't know.

She didn't know why she had done that. She herself was also confused when she felt herself hugging him back.

But she did know that she liked the feeling of being this close to him again. It was warm. Comforting. It feels like she was home.

No - he has always been her home.

They were just there, cuddled up in the sofa hugging each other close. Just feeling each other. Feeling the warmth they both have always given to each other.

And it felt right.

Being with Chaeyoung had always felt right for Mina.
