The next morning, I wake up to someone knocking on my door. I groan and sit up in my bed, rubbing my eyes. "Come in!" I yell and Lorenzo and Jasmyn walk in, coming to sit on my bed with me.
"Good morning sunshine." Jasmyn greets me and hands me a cup of water. I gratefully take it, taking a drink and setting it on my nightstand.
"What time is it?" I ask them and they both smile. " It's 8:45." Lorenzo answers and my eyes widen. I just now take notice they're already wearing their school robes. I quickly stand up and go to my closet, grabbing my uniform and my robes. I undress not caring about them being right there, they've both seen me naked anyway and I only have 15 minutes until classes start.
I put on my white button-up, leaving the top button open. I pull my skirt up, which was about mid-thigh length, and tuck the bottom of my shirt into it. I fix my tie then grabbed my brush, running it through my hair until the knots were gone. I just use mascara for makeup today and put on my chapstick. Finally, I slip the knee-high socks on and finally my shoes.
I take a breath and turn around once I was done and Jasmyn claps her hands while laughing. "Well damn Sariah, I think that's the quickest I've seen you get ready." She says and I laugh, shaking my head.
"I slept in longer than I thought I would," I say and Lorenzo hands me my schedule. I quickly glance over it, mentally sighing at my courses for this semester. At least I only have Astronomy twice a week.

I put on my robes and tuck the schedule into the pocket. I grab my wand and put it in the waistband of my skirt then pick up my books from my dresser. "Alright, I'm off to potions. Do either of you have it this morning?" I ask them and they both raise their hand causing me to grin. They get off my bed and we all walk out, leaving the dorms and the common room as we head down the hall to the classroom. When we get in the room we pick two empty tables in the back to sit at. Jasmyn and Lorenzo sit at one, while I sit at the other. When Slughorn walks in we all get settled as he walks to the front of the classroom.
Just as he was about to start the door opens and in walks Harry Potter and his Weasley friend. I turn back to Slughorn and he smiles at them.
"Harry my boy! I was beginning to worry! And I see we've brought someone with us..." He trails off looking at the redhead.
"Ron Weasley, sir. But I'm dead awful at Potions, a menace actually, so I probably should just be going-" He goes to turn around but Slughorn stops him. "Nonsense, we'll sort you out. Any friend of Harry's is a friend of mine. Right then, books out." He says but Harry says something about him and Ron not having them so Slughorn tells them to grab one from the cupboard.
I pull my book out and set it on the desk as the door opens once again, this time Mattheo walks in and gives the excuse that he got lost. He walks over to my table and sits beside me, but I tune back into Professor Slughorn's lesson.
"Now, as I was saying, I've prepared a few concoctions this morning. Any ideas what these might be? Yes, Miss...?" He trails off as he waits for Hermione to say her name.
