Your POV

"He... Calls me"

I muttered, my voice feeling blocked and forced out by a non-visible hand, Splendor cupped my cheek and looked into my eyes as his expression turned from fear to worry as he scooped me up into his arms and headed towards his bathroom.

"My love I shall cleanse your skin" he said as he used a bell tip tentacle to open the door, my body ached as he gently laid me onto his bed and walked off into the bathroom. Soon I heard the faucet turn as water rushed into the bathtub, my body shifted as the bed bent to my movement.

Splendor's POV

This isn't good, not one bit...

I must let Slender know that Zalgo has found Y/N and tried to drag her/him/them to his world, but for now I need to cleanse Y/N's body before she/he/they get infected by that fucker's dead flesh. I walked to the bathroom medicine cabinet and grabbed a bottle of dead rose petals, a bottle of rose Mary, and finally some holy water.

I dumped all the things into the water and mixed it around with my hand as the water warmed up more, finally I shut off the water and headed back to Y/N as she/he/they laid there having no energy to move.

"Y/N love, the bath is ready" I said as she/he/ they didn't move, I walked around to find them drifting between being asleep and being awake, I smiled and picked Y/N up and walked to the bathroom, I stripped them naked and slowly lowered she/him/them into the water.

Their body were bruised from their hips all the way to their shoulders. I heard Y/N let out a groan as their body relaxed a bit but still appeared a little tense "Would you like me to help you relax my dear?" I said as softly as possible, so I don't trigger a headache for them.

Y/N nodded weakly, so I took off my jacket and rolled up my dress sleeves and rested my hands onto her/his/their shoulders and began to push gently and rubbed my thumbs against their shoulder blades, a soft groan came from Y/N's mouth as my thumb brushes against a bruise gently.

"What happened?" I questioned as they replied as sleep was heard clearly in their voice "I don't remember... I was eating breakfast with the two then next thing I know I'm in an empty black lake."

Y/N leaned into my touch "What do you remember my dear" She/he/they sighed as the water soaked their skin which created a dark puddle around them "I remember feeling dragged down as I felt a breath on my neck, my lungs felt as if they were on fire, in water and land" I glided my hands to their neck and gently rubbed the side of it.

As I lowered my hands onto their upper arms causing them to hiss in pain, I pulled my hands away but left them in the water as Y/N whimpered in pain "My dear are you alright?" I question as they shook their heads yes.

Few minutes later

The bruises became a bit lighter as Y/N fell asleep, I got them dressed and climbed into bed as I wrapped my arms around her/his/their waist and hugged them close.

Your POV.

I fell into a strange dream, a dream about me just floating deeper into the water, hands grasping me pulling me deeper into the water as my lungs felt as if I was being stabbed by millions of needles and knives as I struggled to hold in my breath.
Finally, I let my breath go as an image of a little girl flashed into my mind and immediately, I shot up gasping for hair.

Splendor got up and held me close as he muttered sweet things into my ear to calm me "You're okay my love, you're alright, I'm here my dear" he repeated as his arms rubbed my sides as I sobbed into his shirt, he squeezed my body gently as I caught my breath "W-What's going on..." I whispered as he kissed my head.

"We don't know my love but we're working on protecting you" he answered. We only sat there in silence as we tried to calm our heart beats knowing that we both were okay for now. I dozed off into his arms as he planted gentle kisses onto my face.

Next day

I awoke to and empty bed as I saw Splendor leave a note saying he'll see me on Monday, I sighed and got to my feet to go shower but stopped when my phone rang, I glanced at the screen and smiled when the contact number read Simon.

Y/N: Hey long time no talk or call

Simon: Hey, you want to hangout today? I want to go to the mall then hot topic

Should I go? I mean I was told strictly not to leave this mansion unless I'm being supervised, wait Slender is coming over!

Simon: Hellooooo, Y/N you there

Y/N: yeah sorry, when do you wanna hangout then?

Simon: Excellent! We can meet up at around 12 so we can get lunch and check out the mall before the big rush, then we can go to a small cafe to get something to drink.

Y/N: That sounds great, I'll meet you there, okay?

Simon: yep see you later N/N (nickname)

The phone hung up and I smiled cheerfully as I headed towards the bathroom to shower for the morning but soon Slender came into the room and his body turned to face me "Y/N my love how are you feeling?!" He said rushing to my side "Fine dear, I'm just heading out for a while with Simon"

He growled in annoyance, probably remembering what happened before our wedding "I'm sorry Y/N but we shouldn't leave the property for a whi-" I rolled my eyes and gave him puppy eyes "Please Slendy. Your allowed to come along" he hesitated but gave in "Alright, let's go then" I shook my head "First you need a shower and while you take one, I'll go pick out an outfit for you" his shoulders slouch slightly but he just waved his hand "Yes yes, of course. Just leave it on my bed then I'll slip it on" I giggled, and he headed towards my bathroom while I left to go pick out the perfect outfit for today.
