Your POV

I linked hands with Simon as we walked through the mall, Trender was looking at me the entire time as we explored the place. After all the building was huge, big enough to fit a merry-go-round near the entrance, Simon sipped on his coffee as he pulled us into Spencers "Woah there buddy, why don't you stay out here before you have a heart attack?" Simon held his hand up, Trender raised an eyebrow at this and Simon looked at me "Fine, it's layered with either sex related stuff, weed, or inappropriate gifts." Trender looked petrified before slipping around the corner, I waved him bye before going into the shop. As we looked around a high pitch tone spoke out "Hello there dears, welcome to Spencer's!" A girl with a 2000's alt style, hot pink & black emo hair style, she had stitches at the corner of her mouth and her skin looked slightly burned in some areas. The girl gasped upon seeing us and skipped over "Oh hey! You must be Y/N, my name's Nina, I use to stock Mr. Slender but mostly his worker Jeff. Gee that was kind of an embarrassing phase." She giggled before shaking her head "Sorry for rambling, like I said Welcome to Spencer's, my names Nina and if you need something feel free to let me know!" She skipped off with a box in hand labeled '18+ bracelets' Simon smiled before going to the pride section. As I started to look around I noticed a figure standing in the far back, it was on all fours and did not look human at all. "Hello? Are you lost?" I questioned, maybe it was a person and they were wearing a form of fashion? The creature growled, Simon leaned back and froze just like I did "Do you see what I'm seeing?" He questioned, I nodded. Simon held my hood and whispered "I'm going to pull you back behind me, and after that I'm going to stand in front of you and make the shelf fall. So I'm going to need you to brace yourself." I held my breath and with a harsh pull I was on the ground, the sounds of nails scattered on the ground as something rushed towards us. Just like Simon said he stood in front of me and held a hand up and motioned for an unscrewed wall to fall. Boxes of "toys'' and chokers scattered across the ground. I stumbled up and Simon gripped my arm and began dragging me, we zig zagged through the shelves as something jumped on them. We burst out of the shops doors which caught some people's attention, "We can't just leave Nina in there!" Trender rushed over "Oh yes we can!" The glass door burst open as the creature jumped right towards me, my arms extended in hopes of creating a distance. The sounds of gunshots went off and a wet splat was heard, I opened my eyes to find Nina holding a handgun while frowning but the cut in smile still made a smile look "I absolutely hate those things, Zalgo always sends them in here because it's a dark area, and because the section with cuss words has built up energy."
The people in the mall scattered upon seeing the shot up body, "We better book it before the cops come." Simon pointed out, Nina pointed to the JCPenneys "To the far left is a fire exit. That's the quickest way out." I grabbed Trender's hand. "Thank you Nina, please stay safe." Another creature shot out from the store and Nina shot it down "Just go before they get you!" I nodded and ran, Simon moved the benches to slow the creatures down, Trender opened the door and hurried us inside, he used a coat rack to keep the door shut. "Over here!" Simon yelled throwing open the door, we rushed outside, just in time to watch the cops rush in. As we watched shit go down Simon turned around "Jesus Fuck LJ put a bell on yourself or something!" LJ smiled before peaking out "We need to hurry you three back. It's not safe to go outside anymore." Trender grasped my shoulder "I can transfer us back but I can only do one person at a time." Simon looked nervous but LJ took his arm. "Go on ahead, I'll lead Simon out of here carefully." Simon smiled again with more confidence "Yeah, be safe N/N." Trender wrapped his arms around my waist and soon my view went black.

Simon's POV:

I watched as they vanished on the spot, a headache shot through me as my brain fought to understand why they vanished. "We have to get moving before one of these freaks gets to you." Laughing Jack took my hand and rushed me through the crowd, my hands heated up which caused him to pull away. "OW fuck." He hissed "I'm so sorry, I can't control this yet!" He grabbed my wrist "No time for explanations we have to keep going." We pushed passed the crowded and made it to the outskirts. I took out my car keys and started, LJ jumped in the back and I pulled out of there, running over a few of those creatures.

We sped past some red stop lights. The cops were too busy with the mall situation but a burning feeling corrupted me. I held my chest before I stopped the car off the side of the road and began panting. "Simon?" Jack got to the front seat with ease and rested a hand on my shoulder, I firmly grasped his wrist and began squeezing. Jack hissed with pain but continued looking down at me down "Hold me as hard as you want, I want you to feel safe." I let out a whimper before letting go, but he quickly grabbed my hand again. "I won't ask what's wrong but I do want to ask if you need a minute before we head back?" I nodded, I could feel my hands burn more but LJ didn't pull away from me instead he squeezed his hand around mine. "Why are you being so nice to me?" I questioned while giving him a side eye glance. He simply shrugged, "Because I can tell that you were abandoned, just like me." I leaned back, "Take all the time you need, I'll be here."

Your POV

I watched Trender pace back and forth, he was constantly looking outside to see where Simon or Jack was "You worry about him too don't you." Trender lowered his head "He means so much to you so of course I worry, you need him and he especially needs you." I could feel some tears prick the corner or my eyes but I got up and hugged him "He means so much to me, the last thing I want is for Simon to be hurt!" The sounds of car tires rolled up and I rushed to the window, Jack got out of the car first, he looked around the wood sight line before getting Simon out. They both ran to the front door and I threw it open to hug them "You're both okay!" Simon hugged me close, his tears soaked into my shirt as I ran my hand through his orange hair. "I promise it will be okay.. we'll survive this."
