Flashback

""I never want to let go of you again ..."

Chenle uttered the words with so much love and emotion that the two looked at each other and couldn't get a word out. And just as Jisung opened his mouth, the door was thrown open and Taeyong stood in the middle of the room. He looked a little upset.
"Hey guys. Chenle you have to come with me for a moment. Somebody needs something from you," Taeyong said and pointed out of the room.

Chenle looked into Jisung's sparkling eyes one last time when he got up and left the room. Taeyong looked at Jisung before leaving the room and smiled at him. Then the boy was alone in the room with his thoughts.
When Taeyong left the room, he told Chenle to wait outside.
"Who's looking for me?" Chenle asks the older man and looked around, but the hallway was empty.

Taeyong sighed deeply and then back out again. "Let's go to the roof," said Taeyong and Chenle wondered what was going on but just followed the Omega.
When the two of them have reached the top, there is silence for a moment, until Chenle was a little annoyed.
"Taeyong what's going on? Who's looking for me?", Chenle asked impatiently.
"Do you love Jisung?"

Suddenly came the question from the older man, without him even looking at him. Taeyong is leaning against the fence and looking over the city. Chenle was shocked by the question and didn't know if he should be angry because an Omega was asking him private questions, or if Taeyong hit a point that made him look weak.
"W-what?" Stuttered the alpha and was amazed at himself.
"I asked you if you loved Jisung?"

This time Taeyong turned and looked directly at Chenle. Chenle sighs. He can't fool the Omega. He must have caught the two of them making out.
"Maybe... I don't know for sure. But I'm sure that I want to protect Jisung. I want to save him from the people in the house who did this to him," Chenle defends himself quickly after talking about his insecurities feelings spoke.

Taeyong smiles at the alpha.
"That's called love Chenle ..." says Taeyong and puts a hand on Chenle's shoulder, which he lets hang down.
"Huh?" Asks Chenle surprised and Taeyong laughs briefly.
"Do you feel that you have to protect Jisung from all the evil in the world? Do you have the feeling that you can no longer be happy without him by your side? Do you just want to see Jisung happy and strangle everyone who makes the boy cry? Are you afraid that you will lose him if you confess your feelings to him? Would you do anything for him, also hide your feelings, just so that he is happy, because it makes you happy? "

Chenle could answer any question with a nod.
And now he understood what Taeyong was getting at. "I love Jisung ..." he shouts when the light dawned on him. Just as Taeyong was about to congratulate the Alpha on finding his feelings, the door was thrown open and Ten was standing there. He was beside himself and out of breath. He must have run.

"Ten? What's going on?", Taeyong asks puzzled, while Ten tries to catch his breath.
"Jisung ... he," Ten tried to say.
"What about Jisung?", Chenle asked a little louder which shooked the two Omegas first.
"He...-"
