personality: Amy is very strong-willed when it comes to helping other people. However, when it comes to helping herself, she isn't as keen. She can sometimes let her own needs go. Amy suffers from major depressive disorder and ptsd, making it hard for her to be motivated or to get out of bed. If something reminds her of her past, she will have a panic attack. She can be extremely tough or extremely fragile depending on the day. Amy has a witty sarcastic sense of humor and enjoys messing with people. She can be rather flirty at times, often flustering her target. Unless, of course, it's Sebastian.

Since then, Amy has been treated as a guest, but still does some servant's duties to help out. Finny began to look up to her as a role-model due to her caring nature. Mey-Rin is also rather close with Amy, being the only other female in the house. Sebastian takes care of Amy and helps her with various things, even teaching her violin. Nine years before she came to live with Ciel Phantomhive, her daughter disappeared. She was never found.
