Charlotte's POV -
I stared into his amber green eyes. A minute ago they were full pf happiness, pure joy, but now the were filled with fear, crystal clear tears threatening to spill any second. There was pain etched on his beautiful face, and his long, artistic fingers traced the patterns of my scars gently. He let out a long breath, anxiously fiddling with my fingers, but I didn't turn ad look at me..... he couldn't look me in the eye.
Suddenly I felt a pain in the pit of my stomach. Pain, fear, anxiety.... my emotions began to swarm me. I couldn't think straight. But the main emotion there, was love. When I looked at him, I saw someone I wanted in my life forever, someone I wanted to be with through thick and thin. Someone I wanted to be with forever after.
"Have I blown it all?" I whispered into his ear, my voice filled me the anxiety and fear that was cloaked around us.
He looked at me for a second, like he was searching for something, looking at me for an answer, and then he shook his head, sadly.
"Let's get changed." He muttered under his breath, looking me in the eye for the first time. "We need to talk..."
I took in a sharp intake of breath, and nodded at him. I could hardly breath. He was going to dump me. I was going to be alone again, with no one special in my life, no one who could brighten up my day by just being there, no one to care about me, to look after me. No one. I stepped into the changing rooms and fell to the floor, sobbing and clutching my hair. No one.
Harry's POV -
I sat down outside the ladies' waiting rooms, sipping at a cappuccino I had just ordered. The warm, frothy liquid burned my throat and left a bad taste in my mouth, but at least it was passing the time. I was shocked when I saw Charlotte's arm. Shocked was the only way to describe what I was feeling. The strong, confident, care-free girl I had once known had gone, and in her place was a sad, self-harming, and weak young women. I knew we needed to talk about it, see how long it had been going on for, but I didn't know what to say. What if she wanted nothing to do with me now? I had frightened the life out of her daughter, and now revealed her biggest, most private secret, to the world. I took another sip of my cappuccino, and stared at my watch. It had been a good 40 minutes since she's gone in there, and I hadn't seen a single person come out. I waited another 5 minutes, then decided to stick my head around the door. I did it subtly, knocking gently first, then peeking just a tiny bit, and a tiny bit more, until I was completely inside.
The whole room was silent. All I could hear were the splashes from the swimming pool outside. I tiptoed round the corner, and checked the room, but as I expected, there was no one there. She had done a runner. I sighed and began to walk to the door, pulling my phone out and ringing her. I was about to open the door, when suddenly I heard a familiar ring tone coming from the toilet.
I walked over there quietly, and peeked underneath the door.
I sucked in my breath and pulled the objects out. She had left her phone and a letter. I opened the letter, ripping open the envelope, wasting no time.
'I don't want anymore to do with you. We had nothing.'
