We were close to Irene's home when I realised that I didn't have the key for it and fortunately Irene was sleeping on my back on the way here since I had called her six times already.
After a few minutes, I heard some scratching at the door and I remembered that Irene told me about her dog, Tina.
"Hey! Hey Tina! Can you open the door!" I yelled, staying close to the door when a click was heard and when I pushed the door, it was unlocked.
Tina walked over to me, not knowing me but I knew her name somehow, though the thought went out of her head when she saw Irene.
Soon enough, she started to bark happily when I entered the house and set Irene on the couch, she was still sleeping with all the noise.
"Tina! Hey Tina! Shh! Irene is sleeping!" I reminded her and Tina went immediately quiet before going over to an empty bowl with the sign of a bone on it.
Sighing, I scavenged the whole kitchen until I found the dog food in the last cupboard. Pouring the food in, Tina instantly eat it hungrily and went to sleep in her tiny bed.
Walking over to where Irene was, her eyelashes were elegantly showing and her lips were there for display, if only I was brave enough to claim them.....

Me

Who are you dating?" A curious but sad voice came from behind me and I turned around to see Irene finally awake.
"You're awake! Let me get you some water," I said quickly, ignoring the question and went to the kitchen to get a glass of water.
"You didn't answer my question, who are you dating and who are you texting," Irene muttered angrily, her arm going to grab my full hand when unconsciously caught it.
At that moment in time, I felt a surge of power flowing through me as I never broke the eye contact with Irene. No! I can't! My parents didn't raise me to be like.
Letting go, I gave Irene the water for her set it down beside her. She wasn't letting go of that question any time soon.
"Why do you want to know," I muttered shyly, knowing the person was right in front of me.
"Because! I just want to know okay and if you don't tell me, I'll make my dog get you," Irene exaggerated, pointing at the opposite direction where Tina was.
"Okay, if I tell you, will you drink your water and relax for today," I asked clearly and Irene immediately nodded, coming over as I mentally prepared myself.
"It's you Irene, I love you,"...
