There the ones to give takemichy his ability to time leap since Lexus and Luna thought that he will succeed their expectations but they doesn't put their Hope's so high since they've already tried this to many humans before but they all failed to succeed their expectations so when aya described hanagaki's decision they feel so delighted that's why they only give hanagaki 5 years instead of 12 that is also why the gods promise to protect hanagaki's precious people
