The trip finished down for Angela. While she had found Chris attractive, his personality left something to be desired. His words about her just being a piece of ass hurt her deeply. Any girl would want to be found attractive, but it wasn't like she was human to him.

Sebastian took her to Heathrow to head back to New York. He held her hand as she headed to security. "I'm so sorry Duck that the rest of the trip was ruined."

"It's not your fault Rață, I know who to blame."

"Please Duck, don't be like that. You have big things coming. Focus on that."

"You're right, Rață, I do." Angela smiled. "I'll call when I land." She hugged her best friend. "Don't pick up any of his habits, Sebastian."

Seb sighed. "Don't have to. You'll kick my ass if I do. I miss you already."

"I miss you too. Love you, Rață."

"Love you too Duck. I'll see you in a couple more months. And don't forget, you're still my date to the premier."

Angela headed back to New York and got ready for her shoot with Vanity Fair. She was beyond excited and thrilled at the opportunity. This chance could change her professional life forever.

Chris on the other hand, was getting flack from Hayley and Sebastian about the incident at the party.

"I can't believe what an utter idiot you were, Chris," Hayley said.

"Dominic started it." Chris tried to defend himself. "I didn't know she was there."

"That didn't mean you had to say it Chris," Sebastian was frustrated. Angela had left with unshed tears. Sebastian knew how difficult it was for her to make friends, thinking everyone judged her for her red hair and unique accent.

"I tried to say I was sorry but she's just an icy bi..." he stopped when he saw Sebastian's glare. "Look, I'll apologize if she does."

Hayley rolled her eyes at Chris. "You know what she said is kinda true. You do screw around a lot."

"Thanks Hayley. I appreciate it, really." The sarcasm dripped from his voice.

"Don't, Evans." Hayley walked away before she said something she would regret. Sebastian just looked at Chris and shook his head.

"I wanted you guys to be friends."

"Sorry man, but I don't think that is going to happen. She's hot but she's also cold."

"Well, you're an asshole so everyone has their faults." Sebastian smirked. "Want to grab a beer?"

"Sure. Maybe I can find a friend." Chris wink and Sebastian shook his head.

July 2011

A few months later, it was time for the premier for The First Avenger. Angela and Sebastian flew out to Los Angeles. Sebastian took Angela shopping for a dress. "Are you going to be ok seeing him, Duck?"

"I'll be civil Rață, I promise." Angela tried on a emerald green dress that matched her eyes. "This one?"

"Its perfect Duck. You're beautiful." Sebastian admired her. "I made arrangements for a hair and makeup team for us, so we'll be ready tomorrow."

"You didn't have to do that."

"I know. But I want you to feel your best."

The make up team did their best. And Angela felt like a princess. Her hair was in a French twist with tendrils around her face. Her make up was simple, highlighting her green eyes. The dress was a strapless emerald green, empire cut, that had a hi-low cut at the bottom, showing off her legs. She paired them with some strappy heels.
