"12 dozen roses please." The customer asked. Luigi kept a smile on his face as he gave the customer the roses and rung them up. "Thank you!" The customer said kindly as they walked out. Luigi sighed and let his face and shoulders drop. He was tired, and didn't understand why anyone would need to buy flowers so late, but people like the last customer did. He stared out the window, which was pretty much a whole wall and the glass doors, to see the tattoo shop across the street. Luigi always wanted a tattoo, but he didn't know what'd he'd get. Plus, he was afraid of needles. Then, the door to the tattoo shop opened, and a tall, muscular, man with red hair came out. He locked the door and turned the "open" sign so that it read "closed" instead. Then started walking away."Luigi?" Luigi jumped and turned around to see Daisy with a bright smile on her face. "Are you staring at the tattoo shop, or that man that just walked out?" She asked with a smirk. "I'm just daydreaming, nit necessarily looking at anything." Luigi lied. Daisy giggled and turned to water some plants.

Luigi glanced over at the store computer, looking at the time. "30 more minutes," he muttered under his breath. "What was that?" Daisy asked turning around to look at him. "Oh, nothing, just seeing how much time until we close." Luigi said. "Well, I doubt we'll get many more customers. How about we just close early?" Daisy suggested, seeing how tired Luigi was. "I'd like that." "Alright then. Will you help me close?" Daisy asked. "Of course," Luigi said.

After helping Daisy close, Luigi finally arrived home, happy to have the weekend off. He took his keys out of his pocket and fumbled around with them a bit, before opening the door to his apartment. Upon opening the door, Luigi noticed the TV on. He sighed while closing and locking the door behind him.

"Mario?" He called out. "Oh, Luigi," the TV paused, and Mario looked over at him. "You're home early. I ordered food for us. There's still some in the fridge if you want it." Mario unpaused the TV and continued watching whatever show was on. Luigi sighed and opened the fridge. He stared into the fridge, but he wasn't really looking at anything. Luigi was hungry, but he didn't feel like eating. He decided to just go to his room and sleep. "Oh, Luigi, by the way, I hope you don't mind, but I invited some of our friends over for tomorrow. I was going to have a party, but I know you don't like those." Luigi looked over at Mario. "Oh, ok..." He wasn't very thrilled that Mario invited people over without telling him, but he couldn't do anything against it. "Are you ok with that?" Mario asked. "Yeah, it's fine. I'm gonna go to bed." "Ok." Luigi went to his room, and didn't fall asleep for a while because of Mario having the TV on.

Luigi stayed in his bed most of the day. Then it was around 5pm, and he heard the door open and close a few times. Luigi sighed and just rolled on his side as he realized his and Mario's friends must be over. He could hear talking and laughing coming from outside. Part of him wanted to be apart of their conversation, to feel whatever happiness they felt, but anyother part of him didn't want to leave the comfort of the bed. Luigi jumped slightly apon hearing a knock on his door and he sat up. "Come in," he said. The door opened, letting some of the light from the kitchen slip through. "Hey bro, are you going to join us or...?" It was Mario. Luigi sighed. "Yeah just give me a bit." "Ok, I'll tell the others you'll be out soon." Mario said, closing the door behind him.

Luigi walked out of his room, after spending about 10 minutes getting dressed in something he hadnt worn to bed the last few days, and messing with his hair to make it look better. "Luigi!" Daisy said excitedly and ran to hug him as he entered the kitchen. He looked around. There was Mario, of course, Peach, Toad and Yoshi. "Glad you could join us." Daisy said and smiled as she pulled Luigi towards the others. They all talked for a little bit, then Mario spoke up and said, "Y'know, we should play a game. What do you guys think of truth or dare?" Everyone agreed, except Luigi. "I think I'll just watch..." Luigi said. "C'mon, bro, you always chicken out. Just play with us, it won't be that bad." Luigi looked around at everyone and sighed. "Ok, I'll play," he said and put on a fake smile so the others wouldn't worry.

The game was pretty normal, until eventually, it was Mario's turn. "Luigi, truth or dare?" Mario smiled, seemingly innocent, but Luigi felt he had a plan. "Truth," Luigi said. "Oh c'mon Luigi! Don't be a baby. You always pick truth, how about dare?" Mario suggested, seeming annoyed. Daisy gasped, "Hey, don't be mean to him! He can pick truth if he wants to, especially considering he didn't want to play in the first place!" Peach grabbed Daisy's arms and gave her a look that said "please don't punch him again". "No, it's fine, he's right, I do usually act like a baby when we play this game," Luigi nervously chuckled and rubbed the back of his neck, "I'll pick dare." "Glad you came to your senses! Now, I dare you to get a tattoo." Luigi's eyes widened. "A t-tattoo? C'mon, you know I hate needles. Surely you can give me something else?" He asked. "Aww, c'mon, you don't want to prove you're a baby, do you?" Luigi gulped, "No, I guess not. I'll do it... " "Luigi, listen to yourself! A tattoo is something that's hard and painful to remove. You're seriously going to get one because of a dare? Just because Mario, rudely, called you a baby?" Toad said, trying to be the voice of reason. Luigi just stayed silent. "Toad's right." Daisy agreed. Yoshi just nodded and glared at Mario. "It's fine... Really, it is. I'll do it." Luigi said, and smiled and nodded, looking at Mario. "Ah, finally, my little brother is getting some guts! Thought it'd never happen." Mario punched Luigi in the arm, it wws harder than when Daisy would playfully punch him in the arm. Luigi just laughed it off. "I'll get the tattoo tomorrow, they're closed today. So, can we continue with the game?" Luigi asked. "Sure. Peach, your turn." Mario said. Luigi sighed and tried not to think about what was going to happen tomorrow.

The game continued, not much else happening. Eventually, everyone had to go home. Luigi went to bed, and fell asleep at about 1am, anxious about the next day.
