Mina pensiving on front of her door. Her hands was full of evidence she collected and searched.
Her temple and skin become sweaty. Despite being a scared or coward, she just didnt confident much and worry about what she and Vernon do today. But she know, they cant turn back their words.
The weekend finally came and today, its the time they reveal everything.
From day one, Vernon and Mina do their secret mission together until almost seven months they became teachers and lived at Violet City.
She remember how disbelief Scoups are, Nayeon unconfident face, Wonwoo offended face, Mingyu confuse face, Dahyun dumbfound face and Tzuyu unbothered face. And now, she feel like their reaction last time was just to beat her courage.
"You okay?"
Mina shoulder bounce up when Vernon show up beside her. She can see he also bring some papers as evidence while she holding third spell book and her recorder.
"Yeah, maybe a little? Im not sure what will happen after this if we continue to do this."
She look at him and her eyes almost teary, Vernon become weak. He hate to see his four girl bestfriends cry, he had soft side that rare to see.
He take a deep breath and get closer to her.
"Look, Mina. This is between us and whole place we lived now. They waiting us downstairs and desperately wanted to know about this."
"Wont you forget how their face are?"
Vernon sigh and hold down his stuff before use his other hand to knock her head.
She winch and touch her forehead.
"Their reaction are just to let us down. Right now, its time to show them that we are not a stupid person."
He cares her shoulder to courage her, and she did feel little better. Mina respond his action with smile and he can feel the warm of her was a sincere one.
Vernon then gesture her to get down first and walk behind her until they at living room, where everyone gather.
The morning was just fresh and fine, until Mina and Vernon show up with some stuff on their hands. Nayeon and Mingyu look at Scoups who stare the stuffs on coffee table. He then clear his throat, signing others to gather between him on sofa.
Mina nudge Vernon arm to gesture him to start first, while she remain silent and hide behind him.
"You guys ready?"
Vernon ask them, and some of them nod their head except Scoups and Wonwoo.
Mina and Vernon didnt wanted to waste their times too, so Vernon connected his laptop to their big and wide television.
They can see what photo that he took and some recorder voices that Mina and Vernon caught.
Suddenly, Vernon show one photo. Exactly a first picture he took as soon they arrived here.
"As you can see, this photo was a first day we became teacher. And before recess started, I caught miss Blaire, uncle Jack and some teachers poured all black dust around Quartz School."
He zoom the picture when they lean forward to see it clearly.
They were puzzled but none of them speak or ask him more. He then gesture Mina to explain about it, so she take a deep breath. Her hands shaking when Nayeon and Mingyu look at her.
"W-well this is the first day we became a teacher and exactly Vernon took this before recess. He then showed me at behind kindergarten building before we decided to dig more about Quartz school."
