Mingyu walk down as soon he woke up. The routine has changed, and now they acting like a jobless people.
He see Scoups watching movie with Vernon. Its still early in the morning, but he cant complain them for watching those movies everyday. Mingyu sigh, he continue walk towards kitchen.
There he can see Mina preparing to cook for breakfast. So he decided to help since the others still inside their own room. Maybe still sleeping or maybe they just dont want to get out from their room.
"Morning, Mina."
She turn around and smile as soon Mingyu greet her. He then took another apron and wear it before standing beside Mina.
"So, what we will cook today?"
Mina look at all ingredients she placed on the table while Mingyu touching the onions.
"Nothing special, maybe some french toast and fried spaghetti."
Mingyu nodding his head before started to cook french toast while Mina doing her part to boil the spaghetti.
While they still cooking, Mingyu tried to start little conversation.
"Min, are we gonna stay like this?"
She stop her hand from stirring the spaghetti. She then look at Mingyu who stare his pan with eyes that showed emptiness.
"What do you mean?"
"I mean, are we gonna stay inside this house like jobless person? Its been a month, and I know you understand what Im talking about."
Mina put down her spatula before look at their living room. Now she can see Wonwoo, Tzuyu and Nayeon gathering while watching movie that Vernon and Scoups played.
She know only Dahyun who decided to jog outside. She saw her get out on early 7 am.
"Gyu, let me be honest to you."
They both minimalize the fire before look at each other.
"Honestly, I wanted to leave this place. But at same time, I cant."
She lower her head and fidgeting her apron.
"I was thinking that maybe if we can help the kids to fulfill their wishes, so they can see their own parents. I know how is it felt, Mingyu. Feeling devasted when peoples you love, gone and never came back."
Mina sigh and try to never let Mingyu see if she gonna cry or didnt.
"You guys know how was I am when my mom died. Exactly because she died on crashed plane. And it was when I on second year at our collage."
"Mina, I—
She cutted his words.
"No, I have decided."
Mina stand straight and took her courage to look at Mingyu eyes.
"I want to help those students to fulfill their wishes. With that, their christmast this year will turn meaningful and towards us too. They deserve to be happy like other kids who had their own."
She sounded so sure to help those kids made Mingyu speechless. But he slowly understand and respect with her decision.
He then close the fire and at same time look at her.
"Dont say that like you gonna do it alone. Because Im gonna help them too. As teacher, those students are like my own childrens that I always took care everyday."
