The movie plays out the same from here except for Rhino and Gwen Stacy's death
Spider-Man hugs Electro and shows him that he cares about his mental health
(Peter takes Electro to prison but they talk about how their lives are. They check in on each other weekly)
(Gwen and Peter don't break up but they often communicate. This makes her communication stronger as she helps Peter on missions)
Peter: I'm sorry, Gwen about this about Harry's party.
Gwen: I know, Pete. I just want you to know that part of the read I love you is because you care so much about me and the city.
Peter: I really do, Gwen.
(Gwen kisses Peter on the forehead before he swings off)
That's basically how I would rewrite Amazing Spider-Man 2.
