You make your way downstairs, to hear the doorbell ring and decide to answer the door. You see a man wearing the castle uniform. "Hello, how may I help you?" "I'm here to deliver this invitation." He says pulling out an envelope. "Invitation? For what?" You ask while grabbing it. "The king is throwing a ball at the castle. The prince suggested that all ladies should be welcomed." "Oh, okay. Thank you and have a good day." He bows and leaves, you close the door and look for Momo. You go into the living room and see them all on the couch. Momo sees you enter the room and questions what you have in your hand. "It's an invitation to a ball in the castle." You said opening the card.

"A ball?" Mina asked. "At the castle!?" Jiro asked loudly. You unwrapped the neatly folded paper, and read it out loud for them. "You are invited to the Royal Ball. All women are welcomed, for the prince is to find a girl to marry-" "Marry!?" Momo asked excitedly. There was a moment of silence, but in that silence, you could feel how the room changed, it seemed more lively and brighter.

Momo smiled as she thought to herself. She wrote on a notepad as she got up and started pacing around the room. "Y/n, go to the village and go buy us some dresses, a red one for me, purple for Jiro, and gold for Mina!" "Here's a list of what the dresses should have and what they should look like." "Uhm, sure, but can I buy one for myself too? I'd like to go to the ball as well." "I don't have enough money for all of us, you silly girl! Now, quickly go to the village and do as I say!" Momo demanded as she handed you the notepad. "Don't worry Y/n, I'll go with you!" Mina said, trying to cheer you up as best as she could. "Fine, but be quick!" Momo said annoyingly while rolling her eyes and gesturing with her hand for you to leave in a shoo motion.

While you and Mina quickly walk to the village to shop for dresses, she tries thinking of what to do for you. "Is something troubling you Mina?" You ask worryingly. "Hmm? Oh, it's nothing Y/n, really!" She says, faking a smile. "If you say so, but if you ever need to talk, just know I'm always here for you." "Thanks Y/n. Say, do you have an old dress that looks, um, formalish?" Mina asked. You tried remembering if you had a nice dress, but the only nice dress you had was originally from your mother. "Yeah, but I don't know if it fits or not." "Perfect!" "Why do you ask?" "Y/n, you're going to that ball whether my mother approves or not!"

(Later at Night)

Her face went from happy, to scared quickly. She fell back and landed on her butt, lifting her forearm halfway up as if she was defending herself while hugging her sewing kit. "THAT ONE CAN TALK!?" "You scared her Kirishima." Todoroki said calmly. "THAT ONE CAN TOO!?" "Actually, we can all talk!" Kaminari said with a friendly smile. "I might faint." Mina said as she stood up. "How can they talk?" "I honestly don't know." "Huh, anyway! Where's that dress you mentioned earlier?" You walked over to one of the corners.

You kept everything that's valuable to you while Mina closed the door and walked over to where two chairs and a large table were. You both sit down and you give Mina the dress. "This was my mother's old dress."

"It's beautiful! Can you try it on? I'll measure wherever it doesn't fit, and I'll fix it

"It's beautiful! Can you try it on? I'll measure wherever it doesn't fit, and I'll fix it. Also, do you mind if I change it a little?" Mina asked as she opened the wooden kit and took out some needles and a measuring tape. "Go nuts."

"But father, what if, hypothetically speaking, I DON'T like her?" "My son, Princess Uraraka is royalty, if you don't fall in love soon, then we'll have no hope in future rulers for our kingdom." "D-Does she have to be royalty though?" "Well, it'd be better if she was. Kingdoms would reunite and live in peace and stop starting wars if you'd marry a princess from another clan, my son." "W-Well, w-what if I, what if I was in love with someone who ISN'T royalty?" "...Izuku, if this is true, would that be the reason why you made me invite the people outside the village who aren't royalty?"

"...M-Maybe?" "..." "..." "At least there will be other girls who are royalty if you don't like young Uraraka." "Why did you choose her father specifically?" "Hmm? Oh, I've known her parents since you were little, but I never knew about her until our small war ended." "Huh?" "Her father and I got into a big fight about some personal things." "...Mom? Was it because of mom? Hold on, mom died by one of their soldiers.

Was it by accident or did they mean to kill her?" "It was an accident. One of their soldiers had a strong hatred for someone in our Kingdom that lived in the castle and mistook your mother for them. Therefore, our kingdoms fell into a war. We quickly ended it realizing if our war was ongoing, innocent lives would be sacrificed. We decided to reunite by bringing our kingdoms together by bringing you and their eldest daughter together." "Oh, I never knew about that, I understand, but what if I can't bring myself to like her?" "There are plenty of other royalties in the sea my son, you'll find one eventually, and fast, hopefully."

You were on your mattress resting because Mina didn't want to put more weight on your shoulders since Momo made you do everything for her. You fell asleep by accident while talking to Mina about life and stuff as she made some changes to the dress. She had some help from your friends too, which she befriended and got along with. "We're finally done with Y/n's dress!" Kirishima said happily. "Do you think she'll like it?" Mina asked.

(You can make changes here, but it won't be permanent.)

"Of course she will! I mean look at the differences!" Sero complimented. "What time is it? How long have we been working on her dress?" Todoroki asked as he looked at the old clock on the wall. "We spent almost 2 hours on this! It's already midnight!" Denki quietly yelled. "Crap!" Mina said under her breath as she packed her sewing kit, took the dress, and was ready to head to bed and get some rest. She opened the door that leads to the stairs. "Good night guys, keep an eye on her." "Good night Mina." They said, they all cuddled up on the mattress you were sleeping in, and soon fell asleep themselves.

The next morning, you woke up fully rested, you sat up and yawned. You looked down to your side and smiled when you saw all your friends piled up in a messy shaped ball cuddling each other while still asleep. You got out of bed and stretched your arms and legs while yawning again. You heard a knock on your door. "Come in!" The door opened to reveal a peeking Mina. She smiled and sighed in relief once she saw you.

"Good, you're up! I'm glad I came all the way up here while you weren't sleeping, did you rest okay?" "Yup" "I see the boys are still sleeping, though I don't blame them considering how late we were up last night." "Oh, how late was it?" "It was around 1:37 am?" Mina said entering the room as she tried hiding something behind her, but you didn't notice. "By the way, thanks for listening to me blab on about my life." "Of course Y/n, we're family so we can trust each other, speaking of trust, thanks for trusting me with your mom's dress, I know how much she means to you and how this used to be hers."

She revealed what she was hiding and it was the blue dress that she fixed last night along with the mice and birds. It looked better than when you last saw it. She hands it to you and you look at it as if it was a trophy. "Woah, it's so much prettier! Thank you, Mina."

"Of course, the hardest part was actually taking your measurements. I usually use a sewing machine, but I had to sew it by hand since I left my machine in our old house. It's probably broken or lost by now, but I liked the challenge." "Thanks again Mina, have you eaten yet?" "Nope! Are you hungry? We should go eat now." "I agree."
